"Are you awake yet?" A voice called out.

"Hm...?" 367 questioned as he sat up and wiped his eyes.

"I suppose you weren't up quite yet; my apologies, Alastair," Honch said, taking a seat on the end of the boy's bed.

"Huh...?" The boy cocked his head in confusion.

"You do realize you cannot continue going by '367' for the rest of your life, correct my boy?" Honch chuckled.

Suddenly the realization hit the boy. He was no longer confined to a number; he was finally free to live his life as he wished.

"Alastair?" Honch frowned as he noticed the boy's shoulders bobbing up and down.

"T-thank you..." The boy whispered, trying his best to suppress his tears.

Honch then closed his eyes.

"No, Alastair, I should be the one thanking you." He said, smiling softly, as he put an arm around the boy.

"During our time at that dreaded laboratory, you and Aya are the ones who have taught me countless things time and time again." He smiled, petting the top of the boy's head.
