He So Confiused

Elengka advanced slowly as Ortus wished.

After Elengka was close enough Ortus said, “Good! Just stay there!”

"Arrgh!"

Elengka didn't expect that Ortus would use magic energy to blow his body away.

Elengka's body part was extremely painful, like it had just been hit by a giant hammer. If he wanted to, he could have retaliated against Ortus, but Elengka prefers to relent because he still respects him.

“Alright, you better get back to doing what you want to do!”

Elengka got up again and said, "Okay Master Ortus, I'll be leaving soon!" His head was bowed with sharply pointed eyebrows.

After Elengka left Ortus was still thinking about what really happened. Even though Elengka's failure could not be tolerated, still what the man said was worth thinking about.

“Hmm… is this a sign that someone has managed to tame the sword? If that's true, then the world will be shaken again by a new knight!” Ortus smirked. "Interesting! It's getting more and more interesting, I can't wait to see what that person will bring to everyone in this world!”

Zerlan stepped back, he still remained on the main goal. The experience of meeting Elengka has given him a very valuable memory in his first fight, even though he does not have great fighting abilities, he can still beat Elengka back.

“Huh… why that person earlier? He is so ambitious to take this sword, what exactly is this sword I am carrying?" Zerlan understood that the sword he was carrying was Shira's precious treasure. Of course, the name of the treasure will be targeted by many people.

In addition, Zerlan must return to his house which is thousands of meters away. The journey to get the sword was very tiring, especially he just only can walk with his leg.

But, Zerlan will not give up, he prefers to be tired in carrying out his mandate than having to break from what he has promised himself.

One week later…

His face was covered with black dust, his whole body was in excruciating pain.

“Finally I can come back here again!” Zerlan's voice was the same as that of an old geezer who was prone to death. "Just a little bit more!" His legs shook violently, only ambition kept moving his body. “I must return this sword immediately!”

It was only a few meters from Shira's grave. A body that is already so tired feels that the distance of less than 10 meters is like a road that takes about 1 month.

In front of Shira's grave, Zerlan sat down immediately. "Finally I arrived too!" Zerlan is happy after traveling quite a distance now that he is right in front of the grave.

It was too soon for Zerlan to return the sword, he collapsed beside Shira's grave suddenly.

When he was in his subconscious his body felt a strange occurrence. There were six people standing looking at him, those people were only shrouded in black.

The six people had swords in their hands and when Zerlan looked around he saw that in his right hand was also a sword, that sword was the sword he was currently carrying.

The six people raised their swords, each sword pointed at Zerlan with sharp eyes.

"Ugh!" Spontaneously Zerlan came back to his senses. His lungs pumped air so fast he was like someone running a marathon for thousands of meters. "What happened?" He looked at his right hand. "Why does the dream feel so real, I used that sword?"

Instantly Zerlan turned towards the sword, the sword was still there. However, there was one thing that made it different, an aura that was quite black enveloping the sword.

"What's wrong with this sword?" Zerlan was very curious as to why the sword had become so different from before. Zerlan bravely tried to lift the sword.

Zerlan felt a very strong flow of energy, the energy seemed to bond with his body. Zerlan tried to let go of the sword, but his hand was stuck very tightly.

"What's this?" Zerlan panicked with all his might to let go of the sword. "Ugh..." After trying hard enough finally the sword can be released by him.

Zerlan's palm turned red as if it had just been burned. The heat he felt was not so painful but he felt a great energy that had entered his body.

Zerlan was pensive for a moment thinking about what had just happened. He felt that the sword was no ordinary sword. Touching it might be bad, so Zerlan tried to find a way so he wouldn't have to touch it while burying the sword to side Shira's body.

He tried to grip the sword with a thick cloth. His attempt was successful, the sword did not give any more strange effects on him. Zerlan quickly wrapped the sword in a cloth.

With great enthusiasm he dug back Shira's grave. For almost a month, the appearance of the grave seen in it was quite scary, the skull of a person who seemed to be laughing looked at him.

“That was scary!” Zerlan was stunned watching Shira's bones. Zerlan quickly buried the sword. It's scary enough to have to keep staring at Shira's bones.

Zerlan sat up in relief, it was exhausting enough for him to dig the grave. He was happy to be able to return the last treasure belonging to Shira. There is no intention in Zerlan's heart to open and retrieve the sword again, he continues to feel strange when he is always near the sword.

Kaboom!!!

Suddenly the grave exploded. Zerlan was shocked by this, his body was thrown so far.

"What really happened?" Rolled his body several times before stopping in a prone position. When the eyes look towards the front the sword is already in front of Zerlan.

Zerlan woke up and pensively stared at the sword. "What should I do? This sword is quite terrifying if I keep carrying it around! After all, why did that old geezer give me that letter, is this really his inheritance?”

After Zerlan noticed again the sword had a pretty scary shape. The handle is red and there is a fiery red orb. A strange aura also enveloped the sword, Zerlan was actually quite horrified to see the appearance of the sword, he didn't want to take it would give karma.

“Huh… what should I do?” Zerlan could no longer return the sword to Shira's grave, an explosion that was powerful enough to scatter all the ground and bones of Shira's body. A large hole appeared as a result of the explosion.

Zerlan sighed. "Never mind, I'll think about it later!" Zerlan wants to rest first, he tries to hold the sword.

It took a lot of courage for him to do that. However, once he took hold of it, the sword didn't give the same reaction as before. His hands didn't feel anything like he usually held objects.
