It was a daytime the sun was clear in the sky. Ama sat on a bench under a tree to hide away from the strong sunrays. After her friend Ofori was shoot to death everything else that, she perceive it as useless. She was silently looking at her nails looking lonely. Chief Ashanti his father walked to her and sat on the bench beside her silently while facing away. Her low mood had gone for some few days with no sign of ending.

After a moment Chief Ashanti silently seated beside her he broke the silence by saying while still facing away,

“My daughter you need to fix it together you have been like these for two days.”

“Father I need some time alone.”

“I have given you that time for so long and I have not seen you heal.” He turned to face her and added, “Being like this won’t bring him back once somebody dies there is no coming back to life.” She quickly turned to her father and responded,

“He ones defeated death.”

“But this time you were with him until he burns until he was no more”
