Carlos had been trying to find Janette for the past five years but each time he goes to the village to find her he couldn't ,not even her family

Carlos stood up from his bed went out to take his morning blood unlike other vampire his taste for blood was predicarious cause he's a halfling , that is a half vampire half human therefore he requires blood three times a day unlike pureblooded who can survive just with a bag of blood a day but that doesn't mean he is  weak he's is as  strong as any pure blooded vampire 

"Carlos you are finally awake" Gabriel said 

"Yes uncle i am"carlos said looking at Barret who hasn't said anything since he arrived then Barret said" you shouldn't sleep like that ,you are not a koala instead a vampire"

Barret had news to tell carlos but was waiting for the right moment to tell him.When they were all seated round the table  with blood in there glass cup and plate of vegetables which is for fancy because for vampires food like veggies  are just like tasteless appetizer instead blood is there food

" Carlos you know Adams get vampires every year to work for him in the palace" barret said

Carlos knowing what his uncle wanted to say" yes i do,i know what I have to do afterall what has my training been for". Barret looked and him and smiled internally cause the little boy was no longer that little boy he once knew so he said" that's more like it never you forget that that throne belongs to you and Adam has no right in it and don't you forget what he did to your father, our good friend  and your mother too"

Few decades ago in the land of decarov.

"Father I'm going to marry Margaret i love her"Peter said pleadingly, this is not the first time he's telling his father about Margaret but his father had been bent on not accepting her.

" Son you have a whole life ahead of you ,you can marry any maiden from decarov and then she can be your concubine afterall it's all for the pleasure" king ronard said. Peter knew his father was the cause of his mother death cause she couldn't bear her husband bringing in women into their matrimonial home and matrimonial bed, so she committed suicide.

"Father it's not what i feel for her i feel more than that i just can not imagine myself on bed with another woman if its not Margaret" Peter said

" I shall have no pettish human into my home" king ronard said.Peter was tired of trying to see reasons with his father said" if you do not accept Margaret then i would gladly renounce the throne to my junior brother, adam"Peter said walking out from the presence of his father

"Halt there" king ronard said.Peter halted hoping his father must have changed his mind,then the king said" the moment you walk out that door Know that you wouldn't be welcomed in decarov ,you won't come back to see your family or friends and they will be forbidden from seeing you too"

"If this is the price for Margaret , then so be it king ronard" Peter said and walked out the door.
