His grip was released. David’s face turned slightly to the side. “Where did you find this kid?” asked the master.

“Keidi brought him,” said the boss. He stared at Keidi to explain.

“In the train station. He is an orphan and used to living a difficult life. It was his background that made me quite sure to take him to the boss to be recruited,” said Keidi.

The master nodded his head.

“You kid. What’s your name?” asked the master.

“David. My name is David,” David answered quickly. He really didn’t want to keep this man upset so he answered fast. Anyway, he should be able to get this job. Who knows this could change his fate for the better. At least, that’s what he thought. In fact, it may not be like that.

The master nodded his head. “Follow me. You two. Do your duty. Let me show it myself to this boy,” said the master. Those words made the boss and Keidi quite surprised. Usually, masters will get lazy face to face with candidates who want to work with him. But with David, he wanted to d
