Gabriella woke up early in the morning and got dressed. She wore a white dress with puffed sleeves under a black strapless knee-length dress. Her neck was adorned with a diamond choker and two silver rings on her fingers. She also wore black platform mary jane heels.

She smiled in satisfaction as she looked at herself in the mirror before going to knock on the door of the room Prince Myles was staying in. When the door opened, Gabriella was greeted by the sight of Myles leaning against the door, looking at Gabriella.

He was wearing a simple black turtle neck and black pants with a silver necklace hanging from his neck. He was looking at Gabriella with confusion written all over his face.

" Princess Gabriella, why are you here?", He asked.

" Um...I...This must be your first time in Etroana, right? Well, I volunteered to show you around. We can have breakfast at Lilac and Lavender's. That place is famous for their-"

Prince Myles shut the door in Gabriella's face.

' You little-'

The door opened again and Myles got out wearing a grey coat.

" Let's go", He said as he headed for the staircase.

' You...you..shut the door in my face and now you expect me to treat you to a meal?!'

Gabriella smiled while internally screaming and followed behind Myles. The two got into a black Bentley and the chauffeur drove off. Soon they were in front of Lilac and Lavender's. The two walked inside and suddenly, Gabriella heard someone calling out to her.

" Ella!", a voice came from the bar. A woman wearing thick makeup along with many priceless pieces of jewelry on her. Her hair was naturally a bright aqua blue color and her eyes were dark brown color. She walked towards Gabriella and gave her a tight hug. So tight that Gabriella had difficulty in breathing.

"Loralye..cough cough. You are hugging me too tightly..", said Gabriella.

" Oh sorry!", Loralye apologized.

" It's ok!".

Gabriella stood there awkwardly for a moment before she spoke up.

" Loralye, this is my-"

" I'm her friend, Myles Hamilton", said Myles.

" What he said and Myles, this is-"

" Loralye Velez"

Gabriella was speechless.

' Let me finish my sentences!'

" Why don't you head upstairs? Jenette will be there in a moment to take your order", said Loralye as she led them to the stairs.

She winked at Gabriella who frowned.

' Loralye is very suspicious'

Gabriella went upstairs and sat across Myles as she glanced at the menu. She began telling Myles about the signature dishes of Lilac and Lavender's when the waitress came to take their order.

While the waitress was leaving, Gabriella spotted Loralye who seemed to be spying on her and Myles. She excused herself and walked over to where Loralye was standing and tapped on her shoulder.

" What do you think you are doing?"
