~Trust?~

Huno closed his eyes, stretched his left hand towards her and said. ‘Come in,’

Luna felt a pulling force that pulled her towards him and immediately she appeared in the dark place again. But this time it wasn’t dark. She didn’t know where the light came from, but the whole place was bright.

'Wow,’

What she saw shocked her. The dark place was extremely big. She wanted to go round and see how big it was when she heard.

‘Come out,’

Immediately, a pulling force came, and she appeared in front of Huno.

Before she said anything, Huno said. ‘Go stand over there.’

He pointed to a place in the cave that was approximately thirty feet away.

‘Okay,’ Luna replied immediately and walked over.

As soon as she got there, Huno raised his left hand towards her and said, ‘come in,’.

The pulling force came again. Luna voluntarily flew towards him fast and, before she got halfway through the distance, she disappeared. He brought her out, and she appeared beside him.

‘Go twice that distance,’ Huno said, and she nodded and went. Huno tried again. She flew towards him and disappeared, but this time, he felt his arm go numb.

He brought her out and then apologized. ‘Sorry for putting you in that dark place,’

Luna shook her head and said. ‘It’s not dark anymore. You left it open, and the place is enormous,’

‘Oh, how big is it?’ Huno asked.

‘I can’t tell, but it’s bigger than the last place we left. Maybe we can try to keep them in,’ Luna said and pointed at the ores.

‘Alright let’s try it,’ Huno said and walked closer to the ores.

He raised his hand towards the ores and said. ‘Come in,’

Unfortunately, nothing happened. Unlike when he tried it with Luna, the ores didn’t disappear. He tried again, but it still didn’t work.

Huno turned to Luna, who looked disappointed. ‘It didn’t work,’ he said.

‘What if I held on to it like this?’ Luna said and picked an ore.

Huno tried again, and this time both she and the ore disappeared. Huno smiled and brought her back out.

‘Success,’ Luna said.

‘Yeah, but there’s one problem,’

‘What?’

‘If we do it like this, we would spend a significant amount of time,’

‘That’s true. What do we do then?’

‘Wait a moment, in the meantime gather as many as you can in one place,’ Huno said and thought.

They now had a place to keep the ores, but if they want to take a lot with them, they’ll spend a lot of time with the current method.

‘Luna, come over here, bring me to what you felt,’ Huno said.

‘Okay, coming,’ Luna said and dropped the ores in her hand in the pile.

‘This way,’ she added and led.

Soon they came behind a wall, there in the cave’s roof, there was an opening. From the corner of that opening to the floor of the cave was a huge amount of snow that almost filled this part of the cave.

‘Luna, what’s the temperature in that place?’ Huno asked.

‘Temperature?’ Luna repeated.

‘Compare that place to here, which is colder?’

‘Oh, here, that place differs from here,’ Luna said.

‘Okay, can you use the snow to make something like me? The same way you did my clothes,’

‘Another you?’ Luna asked with a frown.

‘Yes,’ Huno said and nodded.

‘Okay,’ Luna said and stared at Huno.

It was as if she was paying attention to even the slightest detail. A certain amount of snow moved and after a while, it settled down. Luna breathed heavily and said.

‘I couldn’t do the right hand properly,’

Huno laughed and stared at the ice man that stood in front of him. He felt like he was looking at a poor version of himself.

‘It’s alright, you did great, do a bigger one this time. Don’t let it reach the roof, don’t mind about the details or features, and don’t bother copying my right hand. Let it be like the left,’ Huno said. ‘If you are tired and unsure, rest. Don’t stress yourself,’

‘Okay,’

Luna breathes in and out heavily and then faces the snow. A large amount moved and twirled.

Huno stood behind her and pat her head saying. ‘Don’t stress yourself,’

Luna smiled and kept going. Two enormous feet formed slowly and from it, legs grew out.

...

Time passed, and finally, Luna was done. An ice figure of almost ten feet tall stood in front of them.

‘Amazing,’ Huno said. ‘Alright rest,’

Smiling, he made her sit down. He remembered the snack in his bag, brought it out, and gave it to her. She stared at it blankly, so Huno took it back and tore it open.

He took a bite and handed it back to Luna. She followed his example and took a bite. Her eyes widened, and she quickly took another bite and another and another until it was all gone. She raised her head and looked at Huno with the look that said, ‘please more’.

‘No more for now, but don’t worry. When we leave here, I’ll find something for you to eat.’

  ‘Okay,’ Luna said happily.

Immediately, the ten feet ice man shook its head and body happily. Huno laughed silently and gave Luna a pat on the head. Luna looked at him, smiled, and got up.

  ‘Where are you going?’

‘To make more of you, hehe,’ Luna said. ‘If we want to move those stones, we’ll need lots more,’

‘Okay, I’ll go work on something else,’ Huno said and stood up. Luna went towards the stone while he walked around the cave.

After going around the cave, Huno found the entrance to two other smaller caves. One had more ores in it scattered around while the other had a frozen small pond. Huno went back to Luna but didn’t find her where he left her, so he went to where the ores were and found her already started.

Four ice men were walking around picking and breaking (mining) ores.

‘Huno, you are back,’ Luna yelled and ran up to him.

‘Yeah, I went exploring,’

‘Okay, I’ve already started here, the big you are already piling them in several places, we should take them in,’ Luna said.

‘Alright, let’s do that. Oh, I found more of these,’

‘Where?’

‘Let’s finish here first.’

‘Okay,’ Luna replied, and walked up to a small pile.

The ice men had placed the ore pile on a certain amount of snow. As she placed her hand on the pile, the snow wrapped around it immediately.

‘That’s smart,’ Huno complimented when he saw this.

He stretched his left arm towards her and took her in and she went in with the pile of ores. After three minutes, he brought her out. She came out with a big ice ball in her hand.

‘Let’s try to send all those piles at once,’ Huno said.

‘Okay,’

Snow moved and covered the other three piles, and they moved towards her. She held them and then looked at Huno. He raised his hand and took her in. This time it felt like his left arm was pulling heavy goods.

‘So to be on the safe side, I can take her in when she’s about fifty feet away and when she’s with... how many grams are those? Don’t know, okay let’s just say when she’s with two piles,’ Huno thought to himself.

‘Huno, Huno, you can bring me out now,’ Luna’s voice came to his ear.

‘Oh sorry,’ he replied and brought her out.

‘Let’s carry two piles in at a time, okay?’ he added.

‘Okay,’

‘And ignore the ones that are hard to get from the wall. The other side has lots of them on the floor,’

‘Okay,’

...

They kept on moving the stones in and after about a day and a half’s work; they were done. This excluded the ones in the cave wall. They will take a lot of time if they wanted to mine those.

‘I still feel bad leaving those,’ Luna said.

‘Haha, you are greedy,’ Huno said.

‘No, I’m not,’ Luna said, folding her arms and putting on a face.

‘You know the meaning of greedy?’ Huno asked.

Luna blinked twice. ‘I seem to, not being okay with what you have, right?’

‘Something like that, (he looks at the ice men) let’s keep two of them in and have the others move with us,’ Huno said.

‘Okay,’

One after another, they took in two. Afterwards, they went to the part of the cave with an opening. With Luna’s help, they got out and around them was snow.

‘Wow, I like this place,’ Luna said happily.

‘That’s nice, but we’ll have to leave. I can’t stay here for too long or else I’ll die of cold,’ Huno said.

‘What?’ Luna screamed and held his hand. ‘Lets go, let’s go, I don’t want you to die.’

‘Yeah me too, but I don’t know which direction to face,’ Huno said and heard a growl. He looked at Luna and smiled. ‘you are hungry?’

‘Hungry? I think so, but I don’t know why I am hungry. This didn’t happen to me when I was in that dark place,’ Luna replied.

‘Oh, here have this, it’s the last one,’ Huno said and handed her a snack.

‘What about you?’ Luna asked.

‘To leave this place, we’ll need you to do a lot. You can’t do that on an empty stomach. Don’t worry about me, I’m fine,’

‘Okay,’ Luna said and collected it. She opened it with her mouth and ate.

‘Pick a direction Luna and go as fast as you can,’

‘Okay, let’s go this way since we want to leave here,’ Luna said and pointed in the direction behind them. ‘The feeling from here is less compared to the other directions,’

‘Well, let’s go that way,’ Huno said.

Snow around rose slightly and formed a square platform. Around the platform, there was a small wall.

‘Come on, let’s sit,’

Luna said and dragged Huno onto the platform. Behind the wall, there was another platform where the ice men stood. Huno looked back and said.

‘Wait, let’s take those two in, so you don’t consume more energy.’

Luna nodded and grab one of the ice men as Huno took her in and brought her out then did it again.

  ‘Alright, let’s go,’

The platform rose slightly and then moved forward quickly. Huno looked at her quietly and thought. ‘Does she not remember anything? And is this how she really looks like?’

‘Do I trust her? If she really remembered nothing, how is she able to have this kind of control?’

Huno sighed and thought to himself as the platform sped away.

  ‘Is something wrong?’ Luna asked.

‘What do you mean?’ Huno asked.

‘I sense you are worried,’ Luna said.

‘Oh, I’m going to tell you the truth. I’m still skeptical about you,’ Huno said.

‘Skeptical? Oh, I understand. Well, you have every right to be. Even I wonder how I’m able to do all this,’ Luna said.

‘Really now? So it’s some kind of innate ability,’

‘Innate? Yeah. Huno, after I came out I’ve been receiving information from you,’

‘From me?’

‘Yes, things I didn’t know, I slowly began to. Oh right, what’s an airplane?’ Luna asked.

Huno looked at her for a while, then blinked.

‘Well, it’s a gigantic bird that can’t think or do anything by itself,’ Huno replied. ‘So cold,’ he muttered as his sight gradually became blurry.

‘Luna,’ he called out.

‘Yes, Huno, what’s wrong?’ he heard her ask.

‘So... So cold,’ he replied.

‘Huno, Huno, please don’t die, please don’t leave...,’ Luna’s voice came into his ear as he passed out.
