I really was not expecting such a swift reply from Avina, I thought she was not interested in venturing, growing she has never once asked if she could go view the outside world or even to take a glimpse of it from atop the mountain but hearing her give an immediate positive reply to my request now makes me feel like a failure as a foster father, perhaps she thought I had a circumstance of my own as to why I chose to remain in a place like this so she refrained from asking so as not to make me feel uncomfortable. If that is indeed the case then in a way that makes her more mentally matured than I am.

Since we decided to explore the nearest town, expenses is a must so to cover for that, I brought with me the pills I made, when I get to the town I will sell it and use the money to cover the cost of exploration. The only problem is I have no idea what the value of the pills I made are set at, so for that reason we also decided to hunt as many mountain beasts as we can to sell in the city, since we have the dimensional pocket to transport them with, we had no reason to be lenient on the number.

After walking for miles we finally arrived at a cliff that gives us a clear view of the world outside the moutain, and there we noticed a ctiy about five hundred and fifty miles away from where we were, looking at that tiny city I had a thought

Gelios> what would happen if I decided to unleash a rain of fire on that city

Avina smacked my head with her hand causing me to fall of the cliff, it was a bumpy ride down but I was able to balance my landing

Gelios> hey what did you do that for

Avina> to wipe away your dangerous plan

Gelios> what do you mean plan it was just a suggestion not that I was really going to do it

Avina> well stop having those ridiculously scary thoughts.

Seriously that girl who does she take after with her actions, a man cannot have his own thoughts anymore, it is not like I was really going to do it when I know there are people occupying it,Avina slide down the cliff then we continued our journey.

We arrived at the city and it is exactly like I had pictured it, I could feel the eastern vibe off of it from their mode of dressing down to the buildings, it is a surprise I have yet to forget the details of the stories I read back on earth, but that must also be because of my character race and settings, events that occur in the past gets stored in my memories like a file I can just go through whenever when I want, the only thing I find weird is how I am able to speak this world language, but since I am never going to find an answer just thinking about It I decided to let it go.

The first thing to do now would be to find a butchers shop and a potion shop to sell our goods to, we entered the gates and asked around for any such shops nearby, luckily we were met with a reply by an old man who gave us an accurate direction to said shops.

The first shop we visited was the butcher's shop. In the butchers shop are freshly cut meat hanging at the top in an orderly manner and in between the meat is the butcher. We walked up to him and told him what our business was

Gelios> good morning we would like to sell you some meat

The butcher looked at me in a funny manner which is understandable since I am a kid, it would look like a prank to him, I tapped Avina who has the adult look to communicate with the butcher

Avina> yes what he says is true we have quality meats to sell to you

Butcher> pretty miss his he your little brother, he sure his fiesty

Avina let out a snicker while trying to hold in her laugh, honestly being mistaken for Avina's little brother makes me feel even more miserable with my situation, but do you not worry mister butcher, very soon I will get my desired results from my alchemy making and then I will flex my awesome self in your presence just you wait it will not be long.

Butcher> but I do not see any meat in your hand though

Avina> yes that is because we have them in here (brings out the dimensional ring).

Seeing the ring, the butcher's expression changed into a more subtle one as he led us into the inner part of his store, he gave us a place to sit and entertained us with drinks that i have no idea what it was made of. The rapid change in the butcher who was running around helplessly trying to make us feel comfortable hinted me that the dimensional ring we showed him was not an ordinary one, perhaps it is something that is used by the rich, that can only be the plausible explanation for the sudden change in the butcher.

I whispered in Avina's ear to tell the butcher to calm down and attend to the main reason of why we came here.

Avina> sir you do not need to stress yourself about entertaining us, we will be satisfied with you seeing to our request and give us a definite amount for the meat we want to sell

Butcher> y.. eee... yes a..ass.as you wish I will get to it right away, if you could please show me the meat

Wow dude chill out, the hierarchy of this world must be firmly established to have this man pissing himself to this extent. Avina brought out the animals we killed from the dimensional ring, and from the man was a "gasp"

Butcher> impossible this is.
