The next day, it's Sunday the sun is up in the sky dazzling and bright around 9:15 am Patrick woke up from his sleep got up from his bed and opened the window curtains with a simile while looking out at the city Patrick said: "let's get started".

Patrick decided to buy a new house new college area and a car for riding to college.

house in Springfield city is expansive. generally, people would rate a house buy a second-hand house but to buy a new house you need at least 5 million for the smallest house.

Patrick heard about a villa on the hilltop at the Royal housing society which is the most modern and luxurious Villa ever built in Springfield City the builders Royal Housing Society built this house as a crown to their Housing Society.

the Villa was located on a small hill with a sea view when you enter the Housing Society gets you will first see normal Apartment buildings after them they are individual Villas after that you will see a small hill on top of the hill you will find the royal housing societies Masterpiece Villa number 001 and at the bottom of the hill there is a car garage and there is a lift through the mountain to enter the Villa and it is highly secured you can also drive the car to the top of the mountain the bottom of the hill after travelling for 2 miles from the hill you can find a small port build specifically for the tenants of Royal Housing Society for their bouts.

the royal Housing Society is 5 miles away from Springfield University.

today there is an event to display the masterpiece of the royal housing society and anyone can visit the office to take a look.

when Patrick reached the royal housing society office there are luxurious cars parked outside the office.

as Patrick enters the office he saw rows of chairs for the customers to seat and a woman is standing in front of the people explaining about a small Villa model beside him the model is of the villa 001 and it attracted Patrick. so, he sat at the last chair on the audience side looking at the model beside the saleswomen.

when is sat down a couple near him noticed him they felt disgusted looking at his appearance the woman in the couple is wearing thick makeup on her face with a fancy dress Whisper to the man "why did he let such garbage in here? I feel disgusted at the sight of him. people don't know the places please show him his place dear " in a sweet voice snuggling at the man's arm.

the in a grey suit looked at her with a smile and said "don't worry dear I will take care of it " saying that he slowly stood up raised his hand and said, " why are you allowing beggars in here?"

hearing these words the sales women was a little stunt and stood silently.

manager of the immediately stood up with a smile looked at the man and said: " I am sorry air is there a problem here?" 

the in the grey suit pointed at Patrick and said " yes! a big one. why is he allowed in? I thought this is a high-class society but look at him his dress doesn't even cost more than 100 dollars. I think he's here to steal. I don't feel safe here, please throw him out".

everyone present in the room looked at Patrick and started whispering the manager with an awkward face walked toward Patrick and asked him "what's your business here? if you have none please leave " 

Patrick was a little dumbfounded and said "I am here to buy a house is that a problem?"

hearing his answer the man in the grey suit started laughing in an arrogant tone and said " you want to buy a house here a small Apartment costs at least 5 million do you have that much money? I don't think so! leave before you make fun of yourself. Beat It kid!"

before Patrick would have left the place in embarrassment but Patrick now is the hair of the richest family how can he sit and take the embarrassment so immediately stood up and said " what if I can effort it? what will you do?"

 the woman in the thick make-up immediately laughed loudly and said " yeah, if you an effort a house here we will apologize to you in front of everyone and roll out of this place but if you can't afford you need to apologize to us and roll out of this place"

Patrick smiled at her and said "then get ready to roll" 

"kid stop dragging and start apologizing " the man in a grey suit replied 

Patrick didn't reply to him.

everyone in the room is watching the show.

Patrick pointed at the villa 001 model and said " I like that one how is it?" 

hear this everyone was stunned the manager was taken back and said" 90 million "

Patrick immediately took his bank card and said "put on this card I am buying it. "

the couple started laughing and the manager took the card to the payment machine with an awkward expression.

 the man in the grey suit said: " kid stop playing this act I don't have time to waste before the machine sounds error start apologizing I will go easier on you...." before he finished his word the sound of payment successful echoed in the room.

everyone's eyes widen and looked at Patrick thinking who is this kid? he just spent a 90million just like that how much money does he have?

those idiots are done for.

Patrick looked at the couple inside and start apologizing the couple was stunned the woman is shaking and the man was angry at the woman because she caused this mess he apologize to Patrick and dragged the woman out and everyone in the heard about a couple fighting.

the manager returned the card to Patrick with a smile and said " sir, please take a seat while we prepare the transfer papers. thankyou"
