It is a fine morning but not being able to savour the nights unconsciousness is frustrating. 

Laying in the comfy bed I closed my eyes through dawn hoping I would fall asleep in my newly acquired mansion,

The result however was the same as when I was in the ant's colony.

I stood up to go to the side of the window,

Getting there I basked in the sun as I view my fief from out the window. 

This past few days have been really fulfilling I thought. 

After recruiting the insects and the sub insectsinto the colony (the spider family and the Bee family), 

I gave the two queen names like Mia and Luna.

With the both of them joining our ranks the colony's power has increased threefold and so I made them a part of the executive's so thanks for their willful enlistment. 

The Taratect queen is in charge of producing silk with her webs,

Even though the colony does not need clothes, 

I plan on importing it to Edevin the city I inherited from Count Zarek. 

The Queen Bee is in charge of producing honey and lots of it for my satisfaction, 

Even if I do not need to eat I still want to taste the joy of having honey.

Honestly I was not really expecting Acestes to be able to pull of recruiting the queen Taratect ,

When she stood before me I could feel her trembling which made me wonder what Acestes did, but I have no intention of questioning his ways or logic after all what really matters in the end is getting the job done.

I was even able to obtain Edevin with the help of Acestes and Achlys without spilling a single drop blood,

Oh wait there is the Count's death but he killed himself by naming me so that is not included, 

It will be ruled as him committing suicide.

Who knew Achlys was capable of putting a whole city on sleep mode,

Turns out I underestimated the abilities of the ants or are the humans just weak, 

No being able to cast a wide range magic on twenty thousand is already an impressive feat. 

Since Count Zarek perished in our encounter I summoned a greater demon to pose as the deceased count,

I then ordered the demon to announce to the people of Edevin that he will transfer his position over to me his illegitimate son Ophel Orgyros thus giving me ownership of Edevin. 

The people were quick to believe that I was his illegitimate son since he was a philanderer and a public whore who is ready to lay even with a dog that passes by the streets. 

It also seemed like they were In doubt about leaving control to a child, 

At least that is what is written on their faces since they could not voice out their opinion lest they seek the Count's wrath.

Being the new lord of Edevin i appointed Acestes as the regiment of the colony since I will not be around much,

The ants seemed displeased with my decision about not staying in the colony but I was the only one with a human appearance making me the suitable one for the job.

The mansion is really huge and it is also nice to feel the sunlight,

The colony is built underground so there is no chance for sunlight to penetrate in,

Even the photosynthetic stage of farming is done with magic.

That being said my morning schedule is starting out hectic,

after the fake sleep I was brought to the office by the former Count's advisor and in there I was introduced to a really tall paperwork awaiting my assessment. 

Having parallel abilities really helped me in dealing with the never ending work. 

The advisor who is currently sitting at my left hand side dealing with his own share of work was really surprised and astonished at my working speed.

His name is Everett twenty five year old with blonde hair,

Without him the whole fief would have collapsed under count Zarek reign,

Even if count Zarek is a human scum he has a keen eye for recruiting capable people or perhaps he accepted Everett because he is a commoner he could boss around without any repercussions,

Well whatever it is prompted him to recruit Edevin doesn't matter now because it ended up working to my favor.

[Everett I want to organize a small gathering to celebrate me inheriting the Fief, will the budget allow] 

[there is enough budget for that my lord however I do not think it is a good idea] 

[why do you think that] 

[well for one sir you did inherit the fief but if we put your origin into consideration the other nobles would not be In support so even if we were to send out the invitation only the minority would come] 

[i see, in that case send out the invitation to the minority, I am less concerned with what the majority thinks of me]

[and also send out a personal invitation to the elven Queen] 

(reluctant) ["um" my lord that would be impossible, the elves have a deep hatred for the fief due to the actions of the past lord, if we were to send an invitation it would serve as a means of provocation to them] 

[it is okay I am also aware of the ill relationship that is why I will personally explain the reasons for the invite in the letter, think of it as a form of reconciliation of the past] 

[understood my lord but I will implore you not to keep your hopes up] 

It is because of the Elves that I decided to throw the congratulatory party. 

It is true that Zarek have committed terrible deeds against the elves causing them to have immense hatred for humanity, and that hatred is what I plan on taking advantage of,

If I can make them turn over to my side they will serve as a source of strength for me in different ways,

I have to do whatever it takes to convince them on that day even if it means having to reveal my true form to them or telling them about the colony.

Their strength is definitely something I need to be able to proceed to my next plan of action.
