Chapter-6 Truly A Psycho

It has been one week since the  'take off your clothes' incident. Damien knew she was shy and self conscious. No man had very seen her naked before, of course who would?

He wasn't protective or that shit! He just knew that even Lily won't let that happen.

When she pulled off her clothes, it took all the control in him not to touch her the way he wanted.

It was hard already just staring at her there, clothes down full blown naked.

He went to the bathroom to cook off then he came back.

He was sure Lily didn't know her effect on him, on normal circumstances he would have grabbed her and fuck the hell out of here given the current situation, now isn't the time for that.

He quickly applied the bandage and the ointments on her body. That's how his week went, changing bandages and applying ointments.

He was grateful to the old man he met at the hospital. After giving him the Keys to the house he gave him contacts of a few people he had left.

Damien was amazed at the raw talent of the particular lady that mixed this ointment. He remembered sitting down at the basement watching her move gracefully, mixing one chemical one after the other.

On Lily's part, she was so happy at the intimacy and close relationship she had built with Damien for the last one week. She never thought her and Damien would be this close.

Present time!

Damien was anxious as he went to her room. Would the ointment he applied for her take effect? Would it become worse?

Entering the room he saw Lily sitting on the bed waiting for him to remove the bandages. They would see the outcome of the ointment over the past one week.

As he removed the bandage layer upon layer he locked eyes with Lily all the time. All he saw was hope. She believed him, he wouldn't fail her.

The sight of her skin brought excitement to Lily. Her skin was brighter and smoother than before. All her scars were gone

She squealed loud and hugged Damien so tight, letting out a free laugh

Damien was shocked. He didn't expect it to work this perfectly. He smiled as he watched Lily dance around the room, happy and free.

Happy and free. That's what she was, that's what they were, and that's what he'll make sure they will be forever.

"Oh my God Damien!! This is exciting, I can finally go and see my parents," she blurted.

Damien's mood was suddenly soiled. He couldn't believe that after what happened between Lily and her parents she still wanted to go back to them.

Had she suffered enough disgrace, he wouldn't have let her go.

"No you can't go Lily, didn't you see the way you were kicked out? You want to go back to be a shameless and broken life"

Lily's excitement calmed down.

"Whatever they did was because of my skin and the way I looked, now I'm fine I am sure they would accept me back" She said proudly.

Naive and stupid! Damien thought. He loved Lily, but she was too naive.

"Like I said you are going nowhere Lily, freshen up. I'll make breakfast"

She grabbed his hand, with a pleading look in her eyes.

"I need to go Damien, I really need to see them. I need to explain things to them," She was crying now.

That was what did the trick, Damien never wanted to see Lily cry he pulled her up and cleaned her face.

"What about I go with you?"

"You saw the way my parents reacted to you the last time, I don't want you facing any sort of troubles." She said against her wish. She really wanted Damien to follow her back but she couldn't risk it. The chances were slim.

"I don't care about what they say, my priority is your safety and your well-being, pack up we would leave soon," with that he went to make breakfast for the both of them.

Lily just stared at the door where Daniel passed, she felt happy and worried at the same time. She couldn't place her hand on it, but something tragic would happen. She couldn't stop the feeling.

Damien prepared a lot. He prepared Bacon, pancakes, chicken and waLilyilyes. He served them all in the dining room.

Lily came down glowing and radiating beauty, Damien was happy for her. She was his glow.

"Damien! You didn't have to do all these," she said as she patted his back jokingly.

"Anything for my lady," he replied grinning.

They both laughed. And he wanted it to be like that for now. He wanted to forget and drop all the weights and everything off his mind and enjoy the moment.

"I can remember eating these the last time you made them at your house," Lily said, enjoying and moaning in delight as she ate.

Damien's mood changed. He had not gone to his house after that night. He couldn't bring himself to go there. Those memories were haunting.

Lily noticed his face fall and used are palm to wrap his fisted arms on the table.

"Hey, don't think of it, everything would be fine, I'm here for you always for you," She assured him as she smiled

Damien's ringtone cut them off. He looked at the caller's ID and was tense.

"I'm sorry I need to take this," he said and went out. Lily looked at him suspiciously. She was beginning to doubt if he was sick at all.

****

It was from a person in the old man organization.

"Hello Damien Steel, we have gotten the informations of the inLilyuential families that murdered your family,"

"That's nice, when can you come to see me,"

"Tomorrow "

"Settled, Adios."

He used force to get the information he wanted, now he had gotten it.

The trip with Lily can't work. He went back inside.

"What's the problem?" Lily asked if I saw his face.

"I can't follow you home, pack up the car that'll take you will be here any time from now," He dropped the bombshell.

Lily couldn't believe him.

"You are truly a psycho, Damien."

And with that she was off.
