Gunshots broke the silence. All eyes were glued to see Max's corpse lying on the floor with a headshot wound. The empty floor was now flooded with blood.

Dante shoots Max just after the man grabs his men's gun and points it at Rocky. Dante knows Max's goal. Want to harm Rocky and use that guy as a hostage. Threatening Dante so he can escape. However, Dante has decided to give Max the death penalty for wanting to harm Rocky.
