"Come on, Mace. Let's go to school. I'll give you a free ride in my car," Quentin Brightside urged his younger sister who was still in her pajamas. "You could take the shotgun this time."

"You trying to be caring is so gross. Ew. And for the records, I'm not going to school today," Macey replied, folding her arms across her chest.

"Why? You've never missed school before unless you're sick." Quentin appeared shocked as he grabbed the keys to his car.

"Just go, Quentin. Since when did you start being so considerate? You hated the sigh of my face."

"That doesn't make you any less of my sister," Quentin ran his fingers through his hair.

"That's none of your business." She huffed and flipped her hair backward.
