The Beastmaster was startled at the sudden question that Flay posed to him.Kairo was a supreme alchemist, but Flay was a Tamer all his life. He considered monsters and bestial behavior natural to them.Even in the kingdom, the youngest Tamers and those who were invalids had become vital to hunts and had brought down the death toll to the point that none had yet died! And behind this was the Tamerâs mindset. There were lion-type beasts in their villages. Aside from their ancestors' ancient knowledge, was the fact that some of the former traitors of Monsterâs Edge had tamed lion-type beasts! And it was straightforward for a tamer to understand a beast that they have subdued.âYour scent. I can smell that territorial marking of a lion. It must have been tough on you.â Flay laughed. The beast masterâs expression turned ugly.âYouâŚ!ââIâve been around lions. I can tell. Looking at your state, it means this lion is bound in your home but acting like a king. It is demanding food, and you pr
Stellar stones were stones of great rarity. In the magically oriented planet that Flay was currently in, the thick magic allowed plants and ores to naturally be born in magic. Still, very few objects were born to harness it.Stones from space were the rare resource that naturally devoured and kept the magic to in itself. This innate power to store magic would allow the mages to craft high-level magic stones and create a Mid-Grade Core!âStellar⌠Rocks!â The old mage nearly collapsed. How could this child gather enough of these stones to create at least three Cores?!âWith the thick magic in this place, you should be able to create a Mid-Grade Elemental Core. But it was true. A potent coating had covered the stellar rocks with some strange greenish coat. Yet it did not corrupt or weaken the stone but masked all impurities that might taint it away from it!âThisâŚ! Where did youâŚ?! How did you?!ââNow⌠Iâm not a mage, but if itâs formation, artifact slotting, and other alchemy-related fie
The knight's allies could never know what exactly he had to go through to keep his body protected and guarded against the creeping poison within his bloodstream. Had it been anyone else, they would not have achieved the power of using Brute to push back the poison. But through this poison, the knight had understood the pathways of his body. He could sense his blood vessels, veins, and organs. His training in creating a Brute blockage was brutal. Many times, the poison nearly seeped into his brain. Though some magical attempts were made to destroy the Ravaging Dread Poison, the fact that it was in his head and knocking at his brain's doorpost made it difficult. He was in a critical state for weeks as he was constantly battling and keeping the blockage of Brute to stop the poison. In contrast, mage doctors and alchemist doctors kept trying to help. One day, he just walked out of the hospital, claiming that he had somehow stopped it and would only go back and rest if he was too tired.
Vallenhal had taken the Princess and quickly moved out.But this was Vallenhalâs plan to quickly separate Estelle from the strange man. This was also so that he could personally talk to Estelle.âPrincess...â Vallenhal began. There was some worry in his voice. The Princess wouldnât randomly attack someone just like that. But now, for this strange man, she did attack Vem!âHow often do I have to tell you to call me sister or at least call me by name if we are alone together.â Estelle frowned.Vallenhal was surprised at Estelle's sudden tone.âErm... Sis. That man you have... How do I put it... Heâs...?ââDo you think you can defeat him?â Estelle suddenly asked.âWha- what?ââFlay. He said that youâd notice. Is it... something about strong people that they see things beyond the norm?ââ...So you know that that youth isnât normal.ââNo. I said that he helped me and saved me. But in truth, he takes about eighty percent of the credit. I may have launched the killing blow to kill the bishop
âPrincess!â Vallenhal shouted loudly as he noticed the two people emerging from the valley afar.It was the Princess of the kingdom! The miraculous appearance caused the assassin to shout in joy.âEstelle is alive! Estelle is alive!â Vallenhal began to weep as his fears were proven to be untrue.âAt least heâs the good guy.â Flay chuckled as he could see Vallenhal's sincere joy.âYou were considering him a traitor? I doubt he is. He is... my half-brother. And he treats me dearly.â Estelle answered.â...You mean adoptive brother.â Flay narrowed his eyes.â...?! How did you...?!ââHm? I was right? It was a shot in the dark. You two just feel... like a different breed.âEstelle was confused, but Flay marched out ahead, and Estelle followed. The approaching escort noticed Flay moving ahead.âMy lord... That boy... Is he someone who has kidnapped our Princess?ââNo...Estelle follows him willingly. This boy is an ally that must have helped and saved the Princess. Treat him with respect.ââ.
It had been nearly a day since their grand attack on the secret fort. The two were now camping at a cave on top of the mountain. They were high up, and the path was a nest for large aviary beasts the group had slain.Against a Battle Steed, the F-ranked monsters were all easily slain, and the group even had a dinner.Flay was busy preparing the meal. Although the monster was unique and new to him, he could still gauge which parts were edible as he was a Tamer.Princess Estelle watched in amazement, and her mouth was watering as she saw how the large bird was cooked into strange ingredients.Along the way, Kairo had already prepared to gather various herbs, leaves, plants, fruits, and some vegetables growing about. The Magic Lamp proved useful as it housed many of the items and spoils that Flay had taken.A little kitchen was created at that cave, right on top of the mountain and unreachable to most beasts.âWhere is your Steed?ââStill headed out to collect more herbs at my command. T
As Flay and Estelle raised up the throat with the two passageways opened, the torch fell below towards the oil-soaked floor.VOOOSHHH!A great flame spread out and created a towering fire that began to burn.âNow, no one could get out unless they clear out that fire. And now⌠for the finishing touches.â Flay brought out one of the energy crystals that contained a massive amount of mana.âA Brilliant Grade Energy Crystal!â Estelle was surprised. But the crystal seemed strange. It seemed as if it was shaking, and the mana around it was becoming wilder and wilder.Flay dropped the crystal just as they were about to reach the top.âThis should do itâŚâFlay had already estimated how high he needed to drop the crystal.Stryder leaped out of the screaming mouth and left the top of the mountain as the explosion occurred, and the mouth of the dark beast closed and sealed the mountain. The crystal fell and reached the part of the throat where the strange creeping mouth creature was tucked away
The room of the Bishop held many tall stacks of books and various elements. It was all immediately taken away as Flay used the Magic Lamp to bring in all the items inside. He touched them and allowed the Lamp's magic to draw them in.âKairo, could you go ahead and take a peak at their planning?âFlay asked as he left the barren room.âAlready on it, Master.â Kario began to use its slime body and began to âeatâ the books in his slime body.âWoah. I can feel great energy on these crystals!ââThis is what makes this planet a strong region for wizards. Because the magic in the air of this world is more potent, many naturally forming crystals of magic would form. They would use these energy crystals as a power source and fill it up with their mana.ââCan we use this as a bomb? We could blow up the mouth when we leave.ââA bomb? With it harm the mouth of this base?ââYeah. Just as how I was able to make it squeal with a stab of the sword, I think I can plant the bomb near the heart of that
Kairo was annoyed. He was confused about how Flay found a way to open the secret door when even he couldnât!âMaster⌠how did you know that using a sword and sticking it there would work?ââIt was using darkness. I could see the parts where darkness was most weakest. Since it was a mouth, I just have to make it shout, right? I stabbed it, injected the darkness to counter it, and it opened up.â Flay chuckled.âI⌠canât believe that worked! How did you know where to hit?ââI just guessed. It felt rightâŚâKairo sighed. It was the same old answers his masters tend to give. These moments defied logic as they were the blessed ones.Estelle was startled and shouted as they fell down the strange throat of the beast. As they were moving down the throat, the throat began to squeeze and catch them, and a door below them opened, and they finally fell into a dark dungeon.Estelle was still confused at their landing and had fallen off Stryder. But when she regained her focusâŚSLASH!Flay quickly at

I think I've read tons of mangas and watched a lot'a animes thinking as some were references and plots, but this one is like a series of narrow stress that'll make you turn unexpectedly, to avoid the heavy traffic on the main road and to get to your destination which is the great unknown

Author here. This book is full of plots, secrets, and epicness. This system fantasy fusion will incorporate a lot of world-building (or town building) but won't be told in a conventional "shouen" manner. I guess you'd have to read what I mean. It'll be different. Give it a reas
Arbiter Parabellum
It's actually a system! I usually have a bias of not reading system (just had enough of them) but this system fantasy doesn't feel like a system at all. It's smart in its plot and there are just many mysteries about the Mc and his tribe. It's a town building with great depth and character building.

Its good good good! Always looking forward for the next chapters. I recommend this story!

I think this book is not going to be written any further because I've been looking for weeks but doesn't seem to be gaining new chapters...

Really well written. Be patient for new chapters to be released, itâs worth the wait. A different take on a system novel as this is more a symbiotic relationship with the reincarnation of a talented person into a slime creature that aids the protagonist and helps him to awaken his latent abilities.
Mechiel
Better than average novel with a system. mc has a system, but on top of that is also some powerful bloodline/legacy thing that makes him naturally op. Op guy given op system misunderstood and thought to be weak.
