Ethan woke up refreshed the next day he was feeling great and was ready to start his journey as an evolver, after doing his morning routine Ethan went to have breakfast with his grandparents.

'' Good morning grandma'' Ethan greeted his grandmother who was cooking breakfast in the kitchen.

''Good morning Ethan'' Amala greeted him back.

''Breakfast will be ready in five minutes did you pack everything you needed for training'' Amala asked Ethan while still cooking.

''Yes I have packed everything that I needed for my training'' Ethan replied while looking for his grandfather because he didn't see him anywhere, Amala looked at Ethan who was looking for his grandfather and said '' he is in the store room searching for something he will be back soon''.

Hearing that Ethan didn't think too much about it and just waited for breakfast after some time Ren also came back from the store room when Ethan asked him, what he was searching for in the storage room Ren just give him a mysterious smile and said he will find out soon.

Ethan and his grandparents silently ate their breakfast they didn't talk about Ethan's training during breakfast after breakfast Ethan helped her grandmother clear plates after he was done Ren invited Ethan to come onto the lawn of their home when Ethan arrived there he saw his grandfather was standing in the middle of the lawn with a simple wooden box the size of the box was around 100 cm and it was made of dark brown wood when Ethan arrived in front of his grandfather Ren looked at him and said

'' Although you can't train any mana-related skills before turning 15 years old because you can't use mana before you turn 15 years old, you can still train with various martial arts and weapons you are training with the sword since you were six years old although you can't be called a genius with the sword you are still good enough to protect yourself from normal magical beasts so I am giving you this, use it well during the training''. The sword cut the surrounding air easily when Ethan was using the sword he felt a strange connection with the sword like the sword is a part of his body he can't describe this feeling but he felt like this sword was specially made for him.

So after testing the sword Ethan said to his grandfather "Don't worry grandpa I will use it well and will always take care of it I don't know what is the origin of this sword but I feel like this is not the first time I use it. I feel like it's a part of my body when I swing it'' Ethan was looking at the sword when he said the last part so he didn't see a faint smile appear on ren's face when he said that the sword was like the part of his body.

''It's good you like the sword take good care of it '' Ren said with a smile

'' I will don't worry'' Ethan said still looking at the black sword.

''Why don't you give it a name calling it black sword all the time is not good don't you think '' Amala said to Ethan when she saw how he was still looking at the sword.

Hearing what his grandmother said Ethan thought for some time then he said with a faint smile on his face '' since it's going to kill any enemy that will stand before me and its color is ominous dark I will call it dark slayer''

Hearing what name Ethan gave to his sword both his grandparents looked at him silently without saying anything from the look on their faces you can't understand what they were thinking when Ethan looked at his grandparent's faces he thought that maybe he might have given the sword a rather strange name so he didn't notice that when he gave name to the sword it vibrated a little and returned to normal.

After some time when his grandparents still didn't say anything Ethan coughed and asked '' So should I leave now or wait some time before leaving ''

Hearing his voice both Amala and Ren come out from their dazed state and looked at each other and smiled then Amala came near Ethan and gave him a scroll Ethan took the scroll and looked at it soon a window came in front of him giving details about the scroll.

Advance Level Appraisal(Passive skill) :- you can appraise the level of anyone that is not 10 levels above you.

It was a simple appraisal skill but Ethan know that it will be very helpful for him in the forest where his level is currently zero so he can appraise strong magic beasts and avoid them.

Ethan hugged her grandmother and said '' thank you grandma you are the best and most beautiful women that exist in the world ''

Hearing his word Amala rolled her eyes and said '' your tongue become sweeter after turning fifteen huh! '' although she said this she was smiling from her face anyone can guess that she liked the compliment Ethan gave her.

There are two types of skills one is passive skill and another is active skill passive skills don't require mana to work and they work like they are part of our body and when we need them they will activate automatically like when we got an injury and started bleeding our body act on its own and try to stop bleeding and repair the damaged part, passive skills work just like that.

On the other hand, active skills are the skills that require you to use mana like creating a fireball, ice bullets, and many more things that require mana to sustain.

A person can learn 5 Active skills before he becomes a rank 2 evolver.

To become rank 2 you have to be at level 51 currently Ethan is unranked his current level is zero he has to climb to level 26 to become rank 1 and acquire his first job class.

A person can acquire a skill scroll by killing strong magic beasts or by raiding the dungeon, normally most of the skills come from dungeons but sometimes if you kill a monster that is stronger than you by many levels you can get a skill scroll by killing it even if you kill it outside the dungeon.

But you can get your first skill by killing a magic beast no matter which magic beast you kill to be it is in the dungeon or not after turning 15 years old when you kill your first magic beast or any other living being you will get a skill that is suited for you, of course, the more powerful enemy you kill the better skill you will get that is why most of the people train in martial arts or with weapons to become strong and kill a stronger magic beast to acquire a strong active skill for themselves after turning 15 years old.

When Ethan was thinking about the first skill that he will get after killing a magic beast Ren said something that he didn't expect

'' You will go to the dark forest tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will train you for today and tomorrow if you passed my training today you can go tomorrow otherwise you have to wait''.

Hearing this Ethan looked at his grandfather who was looking at him seriously seeing the serious face of Ren Ethan knew that Ren is not joking.

''What do I need to do to pass your training'' Ethan asked seriously he knew his grandparents were worried about him that's why they came up with this training.

'' You know that your mana points are more than 9 times that of an average person'' Ren looked at Ethan and Said hearing this Ethan nodded he also knew that his mana points are pretty high, comparable to a person who is around level 25 or newly rank 1.
