I've been dreaming, a dream where mom smiled. Playing with me all day, spending her time with me like always. A moment of bliss that I have. This dream started over and over, with the same beginning and the same ending. Liked by everyone, a figure of inspiration for children, and mom's proud daughter. A loop of happiness that momentarily fill the emptiness of my heart.

But, the dream stopped. The caring smile mom gave, turned into an unrecognized expression. In mom's eyes, there's only fear inside of it. As if looking at something hideous.

"Mom, it's me,...."

I tried to have a conversation with her. But what I got was a shout of expulsion.

"GO AWAY!"

That day, the day I lost everything. I thought after that certain event when I came back to my hometown, people will swarming me and praised me. But, instead of gratitude.
