"I understand, but the the members of this Guild has found something very interesting, and that is the Pro-Behemoth Guild has receive something from the Behemoth Guild. So it's best that we be wary of what they might bring in the battlefield since they won't be the same people that we fought few days ago." Arthur said while took out the report that the Information Guild investigators has given him.

"I agree, and it is very important to us that we get the most support that we can for this war." Thor said while handing over a paper that contains a list of what the Hammer Guild needs.

Arthur then took the paper and read the list, it wasn't much, they just needed some mid-tier quality armor and weapons considering that the previous faction war has broken a lot of the armor that they used to have.

"I can supply you this much. But I won't be giving you mid-tier quality armor and weapons, instead I will be giving you cold iron armor, it's the best that the Murim Player Alliance could provide." Arthur said while taking out a cold iron armor from his inventory and handing it to Thor to give an example.

"Thank you. And please extend my thanks to the Alliance Leader Pu Chong-Yol as well." Thor said.

"And just in case anything happens, I will be there as well to help." Arthur said drinking his root beer.

"Thank you, that will be much appreciated." Thor thanked Arthur again.

Arthur then looked at Magni, "You might be wondering why I have called you here, but it is actually quite simple. I propose that the both of you, start a alliance of Titans, I really need more titans so we will be on par with the Behemoth Guild when we fight at the 30th floor." He said.

"I understand, I am fine with that. But I'm not sure about Thor." Magni said while looking at Thor.

"Oh, I am fine with that too... I am just not sure who should be the leader for that alliance." Thor said while looking at Arthur.

"That would be something for me to decide." Arthur said while putting his hands together.

"I am sure that everyone in my guild would be fine if you were to be the leader of the alliance." Thor said.

"Same. Considering your identity I really doubt anyone on your side would dare challenge you for the leadership role." Magni said.

"No, that's not what I meant. I have no interest in being the leader of the titans, I have another titan in mind." Arthur said.

Magni and Thor looked at each other wondering who might the titan be. They then looked at Arthur after failing to guess who the person might be. And so they asked, "President Arthur, who might this titan be?" Magni asked.

Arthur smiled knowing that the titan had he has in mind is one that already has the admiration and respect of a lot of titans, he then said, "He is the first titan who has become the number 1 ranked player of the tower." Arthur said.

Thor scratched his head before he remembered that he first titan to have ever become the number player of the tower, was none other than Sun Wukong himself, the one that is rumored to be as powerful as Arthur. 'No, Arthur couldn't be talking about Wukong, right? Isn't Sun Wukong his enemy?' Thor thought.

Magni didn't wait and immediately asked, "Could this person be Sun Wukong?"

Arthur nodded. "Yes he is," He replied.

Thor almost spilled the drink and widened his eyes.

"You aren't messing with us aren't you? Weren't you and Sun Wukong were mortal enemies?" Thor asked.

"Well we are competitive but we are not enemies." Arthur said.

Only a few days ago, Sun Wukong was against revealing his identity, but to increase the Information Guild's influence, his identity is a must to attract the titans.

"Well, when can we meet him?" Magni asked looking like a kid who couldn't wait to meet his hero.

"You can meet him in a bit. He is now is a disguise and we are going to be revealing his identity to everyone in a meeting, so please keep this a secret." Arthur replied.

"I really can't believe this, I only came here for a bit, but to think I would be so lucky!" Thor said while thanking Arthur for all the support that Arthur was about to pour on Thor.

"Enjoy it, but remember, I am not doing this for free, I am only helping you to get your help in return," Arthur said before one of the chef entered the room and laid 3 plates that had beef Wellington on it to Arthur, Thor, and Magni.

Arthur then took out his fork and started feasting on the food that was laid in front of him and suddenly one of his assistant entered the room and handed to Arthur a paper. "Something's come up in the Behemoth Guild." She said before walking out of the room.

Arthur then took the paper while Magni and Thor were still eating their beef wellington.

As Arthur read the contents of the paper he sighed.

Thor realized this and wondered what could make Arthur so stressed.

"It seems that Behemoth Guild will be joining the war as well. This won't be easy." Arthur said while handing the paper that his assistant gave him to Magni.

"Oh yeah, this doesn't look good. Machinery that I have never even seen in my life would be used." Magni said while handing the paper to Thor.

Thor took the paper and read the contents of the paper and saw some powerful weapons and powerful members that the Behemoth Guild will be sending and was starting to look visibly worried.

"Don't worry about them." Arthur said seeing that Thor was getting worried by the latest news. "We have machinery that they would not expect at all." He added before he continued eating.

Thor nodded and was willing to put his trust into Arthur. Because the Behemoth Guild and the other Guild's had a significant losing record, but Arthur fought almost every guild in the tower, and had only lost once, and that was him against every powerhouse in the tower, so if he was going to fight against just some lower floors elite, he will wipe them out according to the data.

"I can't wait to see you wiping all of them out." Thor smiled while continued eating his food.

The next hour and a meeting was held, again. By now, it had been a normal tradition to hold a meeting and sometimes doing it everyday would already seem normal.

"Today is a very special day. I am proud to announce to you, that we have finally combined our power with two powerful titan guilds and we will continue to get more titan guild's to help us to achieve true peace in the tower." Arthur said in the podium before everyone in the meeting room started clapping.

"And to lead the titan revolution, I bring to you a very special individual, one that most of you might know as Billy Escobar." Arthur said before Sun Wukong in his disguise walked up to the stage and waved his hands and took the microphone in Arthur's hands.

This was very confusing for everyone because they thought that Billy was a human and not a titan.

Sun Wukong saw this and smiled. "I know what you might be thinking, why is a human gonna be the leader of the titan alliance? Well, to clarify, I am not a human, but I am a titan." He said before changing his appearance from Billy Escobar to Sun Wukong.

Everyone saw the transformation and some even stood on their feet and couldn't believe that the current number 1 ranked player was in front of them. "I am the current number one player of the tower, and I will make this guild to rise just as high as Arthur and I." Sun Wukong said before everyone started clapping as louder as ever.

The meeting then continued on for a a half and hour.

"Well, everyone seems more hopeful now." Arthur said while walking towards Sun Wukong.

"Hah, they should be, they now think that they have the former number 1 ranker and the strongest player in the history of the tower and the current number 1 ranker. Only a fool would be unhappy, but this would catch the attention of the Behemoth Guild members..." Sun Wukong said while the both of them walked out of the meeting room.

"Well the Behemoth Guild can do whatever they want, I just want to get back at the fools that dare kick my father out of the tower..." Arthur said.

"Well, that will come after time. Your path of revenge would be a very slow one." Sun Wukong said as they reached Arthur's office.

"I know. But anyways, I'm sure we will be getting a lot of attention from the media after this. We might be also able to increase out power." Arthur said.

Arthur's word was as accurate as the existence of gravity, the next day the first page of the news paper was about Sun Wukong becoming the alliance leader of the Information Guild Titan Union.

And this sent shockwaves all throughout the lower floors and even to the Behemoth Guild where everyone except Mastria Gilbert was panicking.

"Mastria! This is extremely serious! The reason why we have kept losing out fights recently was all because of Sun Wukong being on their side! For Towers sake, they have Arthur Behemoth and Sun Wukong who we were thinking of recruiting is already on Arthur's side! What are we gonna do? No, what can we possibly do?" One of the branch leader asked Mastria Gilbert.

Mastria Gilbert was happy that Arthur now had anotehr powerhouse with him, but with the whole Behemoth Guild panicking, the Mastria was getting a lot of pressure.

"We will continue of the production if the upgraded Hellbringer, and the current one we have, we shall mass produced." Mastria Gilbert said.

The branch leader nodded their head on the seemingly sensible and left the room for Mastria Gilbert to be left there alone.

Mastria Gilbert then made sure that nobody was looking or spying on him in any way shape or form and took out a piece of paper and wrote something on it. He then recited a teleportation spell and teleported the paper.

Arthur who was still in his office was just about to leave it to go to his bedroom to lay rest, but suddenly, he felt a burst of mana behind him and as he looked behind him he could trace mana on his table.

He walked towards his table and touched it's wooden layers to find what was going on.

He then accurately traced back the mana energy to one of the drawers that was under his table, and s he bent down to reach the drawer and pulled the knob of the drawer.

And as he opened it, he saw a paper that had thick mana traces on it.

Arthur then stood up and looked around him to make sure no one was looking and bent down again to pick up the paper from the drawer.

As he took the paper he saw the contents that Mastria Gilbert wrote to him. It read, "At least 10 Hellbringers will be sent to battle for the war, and another upgraded version will be sent to kill you.", The paper said.

It was rather short and concise, but it was enough for Arthur to make sure what his next move was.

"This war will be very big and the innocent players that are caught up in this war will have to be ready." He then called one if Information Guild members that was in charge of the Insurance company that he funded.

"I want you to spread the news of the war around and also promote insurance in the same time." Arthur ordered the member.

The member nodded and knew what Arthur was planning.

In a time of war instead of fighting, it is also one of the best time to make money. Just like how the banks funded both sides of the war back in Arth and Earth.

But Arthur was genuinely worried for the players that had nothing to do with the fight, most of them only want to have a peaceful life, but that might all change considering the war will change the entire floor.

The Information Guild member then left Arthur alone in the room before Arthur started clicking his tongue, "Sigh, why must my path to revenge be so bad for everyone?" He said before taking out a notebook and started scribbling, trying to come up with new ideas.

He felt as if he had used up all of his brainpower and although most of the time he would have ideas to solve a certain problem, this time he was really stuck, and he didn't want to disturb Sun Wukong either.

"What am I gonna do... Come on, come up with something!" He started hitting his head on his table.

He suddenly had gotten an idea, "Since the war is only going to affect the 10th floor, everyone who is unrelated to the war should go the 9th floor instead where they will be safe...hmm" Since he already have a feasible idea, all he needed to do was to find a way to get fundings to transport the players to the 9th floor and take care of their place to stay.
