Chapter Fifty-Four: Worried.

AFTER thinking about what Oliver told him several times, he finally concludes that Red knows something about it. Why does his godfather have to tell Oliver to resign when Oliver was the only person he can fully trust? And why he doesn’t let Oliver enter his hospital room back then? That confused him so much. Now he doesn’t trust even his godfather.

As soon as he entered the underground of the building where their business is, he saw Red busy laughing with the other men inside. Their soldiers who are busy with the cards they are playing immediately noticed him and they stood up right after they saw him.

“Boss!” They bowed their heads next to him.

When Red also notices that he came, he also stood up as well as the men who are laughing with him earlier.

“We have to talk,” he said in a serious tone.

Fear crept into Red’s face and he noticed right away. All the men inside left because they knew that Paxton and Red needs to have a private talk. Red’s reaction
