After listening to Sabastian's history lesson about the lands Connor went to the remains of the chimera and used his inventory to clear out all the boulders in his way. When he got to the body, he saw that there was a blue and green orb glowing inside the chest of the beast. Picking it up and using his appraisal skill he found out it was a beast core. Putting it in his inventory Connor tried to use his sword to break down the chimera body. After giving up he heard Sabastian say.

'Why didn't you tell me sooner instead you made me look like an idiot" Connor screamed

"You know what, forget it just dismantled the body" Connor said seeing now benefits of arguing

Going back to Lilith Connor saw that she was still asleep, taking out the demon blood Connor started to ask the system more questions

"Sabastian what will happen if I drink the demon blood" Connor asked

Opening the first bottle of demon blood Connor downed the blood than laid down. After a few seconds Connor felt his heart start to pound faster and his blood start to boil. His body started to grow again with all his bones breaking then healing themselves, his skin was tearing and healing, his eyes started to change color. After 1 hour of his body breaking and healing it finally stopped. Standing up and going over to the lake Connor started to gulp down handfuls of water, when he was down a took a look at himself, he was now 195 cm, his skin was now brown, his hair was silver and grew down to his waist, his eyes a hypnotic gold, his teeth were sharp, and his body was toned like that of a swimmer. Going back to his makeshift house Connor could see that Lilith was awake now.

"What in the world happened to you" she asked shocked by Connors change in appearance

"I drank the blood of a demon" Connor said

After bombarding him with more question Connor asked Lilith how we get out of this place. After telling him the truth, Lilith brought Connor over to a boat that was broken. This is how she got to the island.

"Just give me a month and I should have this boat up and working again" Connor said

"Do you know how to make boats" she asked curiously

Little did Lilith know Connor loved boats growing up and went to college for shipwrighting, over the next few weeks Connor would get up train for 3 hours then work on the boat for the rest of the day with the help of the system giving him the materials he needed Connor was able to successfully repair the boat and make it better. The next day Connor surprised Lilith with the new boat and after packing all of the stuff they had, they hopped on the boat and sailed for the region of Devuniake.

2 weeks later

Before they landed on the shore of Devuniake Connor checked his stats again.
