Chapter 9. The fight for life.

"Not again, why now!" Hayden yelled from inside his car, but as he did, most of the students in the front of the driveway, stood up front staring from the distance.

His car, brought down one of the school lampposts, it was badly damaged by his car because of his lack of construction through the vast mirrors. This single act of his, called to be the fifth time he was doing this damage to the school properties, whenever he tried to recast his car. Immediately he noticed the vehicle was in a place that could be easily spotted by the school arteritis. Quickly without minding the damage to his car and also the school lamppost, he drove off before anyone could come and see what he did; he knew Eily and Hannah weren't going to expose that it was him who did the damage.

"Amazing, your Dad could be fun sometimes, right? Look at the way he zoomed off with his car!" Hannah said with a slight laugh on her face. "Hahaha, I am off to class, hopefully, you come too. I was never here and I honestly didn't see anything!" she added before moving out from where they both stood looking at the lamppost.

"Wait for me!" Eily yelled as she ran after Hannah.

Finally, Mr. Hayden arrived at his company after a long struggle to get through the overloaded traffic. It probably happens to be his first time striving to arrive around that exact time when he started working for the gaming company. He exited his car as fast as possible, running out that fast, one would think he had an issue or problem that needed oriented attention.

He got to the point where he could remember very clearly that he left his briefcase in the back seat of his car, and he had to hurryingly go back and pick it up.

"S****t, I forgot my briefcase!" Inwardly, he spoke to himself.

Shortly afterward, the briefcase was held in his hand, and confidentially, Mr. Hayden entered the company. Everyone had their eyes on him as he walked past them; no one in the entire office would do what he did and go free. He was on the good books of the company owner. Maybe the rumors were not all fuses, most of them, had to be true from the start.

"Hey! Hayden, seriously men, have you just arrived here now?" One of the office staff asked him.

"Yes, I was held up by the terrible traffic on the road. Sometimes, I feel the government doesn't care about our small community to lend us aid!" He repeatedly reposted with a bright smile on his hikes.

"Hayden! Hayden!!" a loud voice like a thunderstorm hit the drums of Hayden's ears.

He turned to see who it was that called him in that loud tone. It sounded familiar after the voice sat inside his hand, it only meant one person who had the louder voice in the entire company.

"Oh, it was you. Mr. Yashe sir, I am sorry I had to come by this time without informing you when I was going to arrive at the office, I am honestly sorry for that." Mr. Hayden quickly approached the reason why he certainly came by that time.

"I want you in my office right this minute!" Mr. Yashe, his boss, orders him to walk with him. He turned to his left-hand side and said to one of the staff, "Send me a copy of the animation drawings the artist is working on, I want it on my table before I leave for my meeting!" They only said the word, and it came like a light to the ears of everyone. He was a middle-aged man who had a broad body with low-cut hair and a facial mustache on the lower part of his nose. He looked like an American citizen when he was truly a Chinese citizen by birth. His good-looking muscular body is preferable to the female staff than the male staff.

"Walk with me, Mr. Hayden!" He said to Hayden after he had finished with his ordering on most of the office staff members.

"I have been a businessman all my life and yet, I have an issue that I can't even explain to you" he added as they got closer to his office door.

"You can tell me anything regarding the company sir, every problem has a solution to it!" He replied to his boss with a calm tone. His boss had great confidence in him, after all, the company had made a lot of wealth through his mind-blowing games. This time around, his help was needed for something special, he could tell from the way his boss continued looking right straight into his eyes.

"Yes, you may be right, every problem has a solution. But this time—" he did not finish.

One of the office staff members quickly approached him and Hayden, she stood in front of them with a file in her hand held against her chest.

"What is the problem, Stephanie?" Hayden couldn't handle his furious city, he was forced to ask her. "Sir!, I came to tell you that the meeting hall is ready and I am simply waiting for your orders to go ahead with it!" She said to the boss. While she tried to move her hair which fell to the haft side of her face, covering the left side of her face. She adjusted the heir apparent to her left ear using one of her fingers.

"Okay, thanks for the information, for now, go and inform all the high staff about the meeting!" The boss replied to Stephanie before continuing his work with Hayden.

"Yes sir, right away" she responded to the boss immediately as he finished talking.

"Sir, I will be heading to the meeting hallway, maybe we could talk about the problem later on!" He sided and left the boss when he got a single from the boss; he nodded his head indicating for Hayden to leave him.

Afterward, everyone was present in the meeting that was organized by the boss, no one knew what the problem was, not even Hayden, his closest partner. Eventually, everyone was wondering and waiting for Mr. Yashe. As the boss of the company, he could come whenever he wanted to and one would question him about it. When anyone passed through the door to have a seat on the chairs, they saw a big writing board that had a lot of writing on it, but in the middle of the write-ups, a certain circle in the middle had bold text on it…
