Location: Federal Bureau of Investigation

The FBI's Branch buzzed with activity as employees bustled about, clutching files and working on their computers. Some manned the entrances, dressed uniformly in wine shirts and black trousers, their eyes scanning for any signs of trouble.

Bill emerged from his office, descending the stairs with his hands gripping the railings for support. When he reached the middle of the stairs, he halted, facing the bustling crowd in the cortex. With a commanding voice, he called for their attention.

"May I have everyone's attention, please?" The room fell silent as all eyes turned to him, some sitting, others standing.

"Thank you," he said, adjusting his stance. "As you're all aware, our country, particularly this state, is facing a critical situation, and we've been given the mandate to apprehend those behind these attacks." He paused, scanning the attentive faces before continuing. "We have a lead, and our best agents are out there. What I expect from all of you is teamwork. We need to put aside less urgent matters and focus on ending this threat. The FBI has been given an hour to make progress, and failure is not an option. Let's work together to bring an end to this war. Is that clear?" Bill emphasized, using his left hand to draw the lower tip of his left ear.

"Yes, sir!" echoed the resolute response from the gathered agents.

"Good. Now let's get back to work," he directed, and the team swiftly returned to their duties. Bill then approached Kendra, who was engrossed in her work at her computer.

"Any update?" he inquired, standing close to her with his arms crossed.

"Yes, Ben and his team are about to begin, and I have the live feed here," Kate replied, her fingers swiftly clicking on the keyboard, projecting the feed on a large screen mounted on the wall.

They watched as Ben and his team prepared themselves for the mission, giving each other instructions. Some agents wore small portable cameras on their helmets, while others had them attached to their chest pockets.

"Good," Bill nodded approvingly. His attention then shifted to Nick, who was making his way back to his seat with a cup of coffee.

Bill uncrossed his arms and rested his hands on his hips. Taking a deep breath, he asked, "Joel, where is Hakeem?"

Caught off guard, Joel replied, "Uh, he hasn't checked in this morning."

Bill furrowed his brow, checking his watch. "By this time?" he questioned with concern.

"Anyway, I want you to ensure Director Jandor receives this feed," he instructed Joel, who promptly got to work, as Bill leaned over to examine the information on Kendra's system.

Back at the warehouse, Ben meticulously executed his plan to create a diversion at the gate. He disguised one of the agents as a delivery man, complete with a Jumia t-shirt and cap, carrying a large package. When he knocked on the gate, the guards inside were taken by surprise since Muiz had not informed them of any expected deliveries. One of the guards approached the mini gate cautiously, peering through a small opening to identify the visitor. After confirming the delivery man's identity, he opened the gate, and the agent handed over the package with a brief explanation.

Ben took this as the signal to proceed. Within seconds, the team stealthily infiltrated the warehouse compound, using their skills to climb walls that had no obvious footholds or gaps.

"Now, Ken," Ben communicated through his earpod to Kendra, who was back at the FBI base. She nodded, ready to act upon his command. With a swift keystroke, Kendra disabled the security cameras.

In the compound, the guard who had received the package tried to figure out its contents. Without warning, the box exploded, releasing a cloud of purple glitter. The sound was minimal to avoid raising suspicion, but it created enough of a distraction for the FBI agents to advance undetected. Alpha Team, equipped with snipers, swiftly neutralized five terrorists without making a sound.

Meanwhile, Muiz was closely monitoring the camera feeds and sensed that something was amiss. Suddenly, both feeds went blank. He turned to his son, Jakeem, asking why the cameras were down "Jakeem what's wrong with the feeds? why are they out?"

"I don't know baba; let me check it out" Jakeem replied as he hurriedly walked over to a system and discovered the tampering. Within 30 seconds, the cameras came back online, revealing the lifeless bodies of the terrorists. Before Muiz could react, the power in the warehouse went out.

"What's wrong with the lights? what's wrong with power? check it out now" Confused and paranoid, Muiz demanded that his men check the power issue. As they investigated, FBI agents emerged from different angles, opening fire on Muiz's men. The ambush was swift and deadly, resulting in heavy casualties among Muiz's forces.

Muiz, with the power back on saw this even as he fired back. Jakeem hid behind his father who was shooting at the agents as a means of protecting himself and his son.

"Father what do we do?" Jakeem, trembling with fear, asked.

"Get the scientist and the package and get to Dando now" Muiz instructed pointing at the experiment room..

Concerned for his father's safety, Jakeem questioned him further, "What about you baba?" Jakeem asked again with a scared look on his face but Muiz assured him "I'll be after you, yanzu tafi (Now go)" With his gun blazing, Muiz fought to cover his son's escape.

A terrorist aimed his weapon at Ben, but Kelvin intervened just in time, eliminating the threat. "Ben down" He yelled at his partner and Immediately ben obeyed, sloping down, leaving Kelvin who sent out a countable number of bullets to the terrorist.

"Thanks man" ben appreciated as he stood up to his feet. He inhaled as a sign of relief. he could have died if not for Kelvin. They were on a mission so he snapped out of his thought, placing a question at Kelvin "Where is Muiz?"

Kelvin pointed to a passage Muiz had taken moments earlier.

"Cover me," Ben instructed Kelvin as he rushed towards the passage, determined to catch Muiz "I'm going after him" Kelvin nodded before resuming fire.

Muiz, instead of exiting the building, searched for an alternative escape route. "Tafi; tafi tafi (go go go)" He urged Jakeem and the scientist to hurry, but Zixuan's weakness slowed them down. Nevertheless, Jakeem pushed the scientist forward, and they reached a hidden door. Muiz activated the door, revealing a tunnel that likely led outside the warehouse.

Jakeem and the scientist entered the tunnel but just as Muiz was about to enter, he was stopped by Ben's voice "Muiz freeze, slowly lower your weapon and put your hands behind your head. do it now" Ben ordered pointing his gun at him.

After realizing the elevator wall was closed, Muiz sighed with his eyes closed and at that point, in a flash, he decided that in other to get out of that mess, he had to eliminate Ben. Pretending to drop his weapon slowly, he veered around and tried to shoot Ben but unfortunately for him,, but Ben reacted swiftly, unintentionally firing two bullets into Muiz's abdomen.

Muiz clutched his bleeding belly, his life slipping away. Ben rushed to his side, desperately trying to save him. "Damn it, Muiz, stay with me! Stay with me!" Ben grunted as he pressed his hands firmly against Muiz's bleeding wound, trying desperately to stem the flow of blood. Muiz groaned in pain, his eyes barely open. Ben turned to the medical team, urgently yelling, "I need a medic!"

"Muiz, listen to me!" Kcee continued, slapping Muiz's cheek gently to keep him conscious. "You won't survive this without medical attention. Tell me what I need to know, and I'll get you something to stabilize you, do you understand?" Ben stared at Muiz, waiting for a response, but Muiz only groaned back angrily, refusing to cooperate. "There's nothing I have to say to you," he muttered through gritted teeth.

Ben's frustration boiled over, and he cursed vehemently, his veins throbbing in his neck and head. "Who's behind the attacks? Are there more attacks planned? Speak to me, you son of a bitch!"

The medical team rushed into the room, concerned for Muiz's critical condition. "Agent John, we have to get him out of here; he's losing a lot of blood," one of the medical team members said urgently. But Ben was not ready to back down. He yelled at them, "I just need a minute, so back off, alright!"

Aware of the severity of Muiz's injuries, the medical team tried to reason with Ben, but he was adamant. With anger in his eyes, he brought out his gun, pointing it at the medical personnel "I said back off, I don't wanna use this on you so don't force me. I just need a minute alright" His actions scared the medical team as they gripped in fear. The terrified team complied, stepping back, their heads nodding in acknowledgment of his demand.

Finally, Ben holstered his gun and returned his attention to Muiz, who was now coughing up blood. "You don't have much time," Ben barked at him. "Tell me everything I need to know!"

Struggling to speak, Muiz managed to reveal some crucial information. "The attack on Shoprite was phase one of our plan to get the president's attention, but you're too late. The virus is already on its way to Dando," he said, punctuating his words with continuous groans of pain.

Kcee was taken aback by the revelation. "What kind of virus? Who's Dando? Talk to me, you idiot!" he yelled, but Muiz remained silent, murmuring some words in Arabic as his eyes closed, seemingly preparing for the worst. "da Sunan Allah mai rahama (In the name of Allah the beneficent)"

Realizing that Muiz could slip away at any moment, one of the medical team members spoke up, "Can we move him now?"

Ben looked at Muiz with disdain, frustrated by his stubbornness. "Damn it," he muttered before getting up from his side.

The medical team quickly took charge, ready to evacuate Muiz. Their leader ordered one of them to open the closed stretcher. "On my mark; ready, one, two, three, go!" they coordinated, swiftly lifting Muiz onto the stretcher and carrying him out of the room.

Ben stood there, his face pensive as he surveyed the scene. His hands and his bulletproof vest were stained with Muiz's blood, the mark of a recent interrogation. He was lost in deep thought, contemplating the gravity of Muiz's revelations about the virus and Dando. Kelvin walked in, breaking his thoughts. "Ben, you've got to see this," Kelvin said urgently, gesturing for him to follow.

They walked out of the room and headed toward the activity room. Outside, the aftermath of the attack was evident—none of Muiz's men had survived. Kelvin began explaining what they had discovered during their investigation. "We found various items that indicate Muiz is planning something big," Kelvin said, his face filled with concern.

Ben's curiosity was piqued, and he inquired, "Like what?"

"Come, take a look," Kelvin directed, leading Ben into a room where several items were scattered around. It was clear that this was an experiment room or a makeshift laboratory.

Ben's expression turned grave as he observed the room. He started to connect the dots, remembering Muiz's mention of the virus. "Oh my god," he muttered to himself, realizing the potential danger.

Kelvin pressed for answers, asking, "What is it, Ben?"

"Get me the forensic scientists immediately. I think I know what Muiz is planning," Ben instructed, his mind racing with the implications of their discovery. Kelvin hurriedly left the room to fetch the forensic team.

While waiting for the experts, Ben took out his phone and dialed a specific number. The phone rang, and Ben's gaze never left the experiment table. "Hello, this is Ben John," he said firmly, emphasizing the urgency of the matter. "I need to speak with the president. Tell him it's very urgent," he urged, feeling the weight of the impending crisis.

The clock on the wall ticked away, the seconds passing like a countdown. The tension in the room was palpable as Ben waited for someone to connect him to the president.
