Jin and Zai are twins. One is a young man and the other is a young lady. Later that night after their Friend Cara's Birthday, they were accidentally hit by a truck. Fortunately they survived death but Zai was the only one who wakes up in the hospital without yet knowing she was in the body of her twin brother. No one believed in Zai that she was in her twin brother's body. The doctor himself did not believe him and was even diagnosed with personality disorder due to the sever accident which caused Jin brain damage. While Zai is trying to get the hold of herself to remain emotionally stable, she could not do anything but to force herself and pretend to be his male twin to avoid any examination and unnecessary problems. This is where her life turned to a twisted series of events which then eventually made her twin brother gay. In the course of her second life, inhabiting the body of her twin brrother, Zai learned that it was not just any ordinary accident but it was an attempt to kill them. Now Zai's mission is to find that killer and find a way how to return back to her original body.
