35. Dynamic Duo

In another side of the town, Devon was being tugged around by Arwen who got curious with everything she saw. It was not hard for them to quickly become the center of attention of the local residents.

“Stop it, Arwen! Remember our objective!” reminded Devon who tried to resist Arwen’s inner urge to explore her so-called infatuation of the first human civilization she laid her eyes upon. “People are looking at us!”

Arwen’s eyes gleamed with joy and a hint of pride to hear that remark of Devon.

“Is that true? I guess I can’t hide my charm forever, huh?” Arwen had given up ages ago to contain her excitement. “You must be proud to walk side by side with an elf who became the center of the atttention as soon as she walked into the city!”
