From his deduction, the average stats of Rank 7 should cap up at 80 points. And his other three stats, barely made it to the low levels of this Rank.

Hence he was not arrogant. The last time he was, it led to the whole Zombie chase situation, then ultimately meeting that terrifying shadow.
