Laura allowed Lucas to drop her at her home this time. She appreciated him once more for the dinner and the outfit he gifted her then watched as he drove off the driveway. She turned and walked up to the door with a smile.

She held up her hand to knock at the door but stopped and thought about what Feran would say if he saw the outfit.

He is likely to question her and she wasn't ready to give a long talk with him about it so she tucked the bag into her hand bag and knocked at the door.

Pushing the door open as she grabbed the door knob, she walked in. When she closed the door behind and spun, she noticed her parents were not in the living room and guessed they might be preparing to go to bed a bit early today.

She headed for her room. As she opened the door, she almost bumped into Feran who was coming out of the room in a haste.

"Laura, you're back?" Feran asked.

"Obviously. I am," Laura shrugged and her shoulder brushed past him as she walked into the room. Feran heaved a heavy sigh
