Thomas's annoyance

"You ask?" he asked.

"Yes."

"You ask?"

"Ah, never mind! If he attacks me, maybe I can only surrender," said Rio.

"Hahaha ... Take it easy! As far as I know, ghosts can't kill humans," said Thomas.

"How do you know?"

"If ghosts could kill humans, humans would have been killed a long time ago," Thomas replied.

"That's true what you said," said Rio.

"Never mind. I'll sleep in my own room. Rio, you sleep in your room, and you Thomas. You sleep in our parents' room," said his older brother Rio.

Thomas nodded. He agreed to what his brother Rio said. Although there is actually a little fear in his heart, but he tries to fight it. For him, his serenity in the following days was more important, even though on this day he must have felt great fear.

"When will mom and dad come home, Brother?" he asked.

"They said they would just come home tomorrow," replied his brother.

"Oh."

And after that, the three of them went to their respective rooms. Thomas went to Rio's parents room to sleep there. He didn't see anything out of the ordinary in that room. Everything is normal. No ghosts or anything like that. He lay down on the bed and prepared to sleep.

Meanwhile, in another room, Rio was seen sleeping soundly. He seemed to no longer care about the ghost. The intense sleepiness may have pushed him to sleep soon.

And without him noticing, the door to his room which was not locked, suddenly opened. After that, a figure clad in white cloth stepped inside. Rio was still unconscious, until finally he felt a touch of warm fingers on his face.

"Aaaaa!" Rio screamed.

The hand touched his face. His body stiffened instantly. Unfortunately again, his screams seemed to disappear when the hand covered his mouth. He can't do anything anymore. Can only surrender and wait for what happens next.

"Ha ha ha ha."

Until then, Rio could feel something strange when that figure laughed. Along with that, his fear also subsided a bit. He thought that the figure was not a ghost, but Thomas who was playing pranks.

"Hahaha you're so scared," said Thomas.

That's right guess. When the figure in front of him took off the white cloth he was wearing, it was clear that he was Thomas. Instantly Rio threw a punch of annoyance to Thomas' arm.

"Ouch!"

"Damn it! You think it's funny?" Rio said.

"Yes, it's funny. Hahaha," said Thomas.

"Why are you here?" he asked.

"Bored. I can't sleep," Thomas replied.

"Then, you're here to disturb someone who's already fast asleep?"

"Hahaha. Yes, that's it," Thomas replied.

"Thomas."

"What?"

"Did you see a shadow passing outside the room?" he asked.

"What shadow?" asked Thomas back.

"How should I know. Let's check it out!" take Rio.

Thomas was a little scared. But he agreed to Rio's invitation. After all, meeting the ghost was his goal for the night. He must not be afraid.

He walked first, leaving Rio who walked about a meter behind him. With a step full of vigilance, he came out of the room. His eyeballs darted around checking the area around, but nothing suspicious could be seen.

"Where? There's nothing here," said Thomas.

But at the same time, he heard the sound of a door being closed. Reflexively, his gaze was directed to the door.

"Damn kid."

"Woi, Rio. Open the door!" he said while banging on the door.

"Thomas, just go back to your room! Don't disturb my sleep!" Rio said.

"Hmm. Yes, yes."

After that, Thomas left. Meanwhile in the room, Rio immediately went to bed to continue his sleep which was disturbed by Thomas. He is very sleepy now.

He looked at the clock on the wall. It's half past eleven in the evening. It's quite late. He could clearly feel the lonely atmosphere. However, for some reason he seemed to ignore it. The drowsiness that was so intense made him want to immediately plunge into dreamland. Let it be if there is a ghost or whatever. He didn't care.

Tok! Tok! Tok!

Just as he closed his eyes, there was a knock on the door. He immediately opened his eyes with annoyance that he could not hide.

"Damn it! What do you want, kid?"

He got up from his sleeping position. Meanwhile, there was another knock on the door. He was annoyed immediately walked towards there to open the door. In his heart, if it was Thomas, he wanted to beat him right away.

However, when the door was opened, he found no one was there. That's really weird.

"Where is he? He's gone so fast," he said.

He directed his gaze in all directions. Until when he turned to his right side, which was the living room of his already dark house, he saw a figure dressed in white standing with his back to him.

"Hm, it turns out he's there. Damn it kid! Woi,

Thomas, you better sleep, don't disturb sleeping people!" said Rio.

"You don't have to scare me. You think I'm scared, Thomas? Heh, I won't be trapped a second time," he continued.

However, the white-clothed figure simply remained silent. Rio also stood for a moment while looking closely at that direction. Suddenly, he felt a hand tapping his shoulder. He was shocked to death by it.

"What's all the screaming?"

Rio immediately turned his head, and found that someone was there.

"Thomas, you...?"

"What? Why are you screaming like crazy? What's wrong?"

Suddenly Rio's body felt vibrate. He was frightened by what was happening now. He turned his body and pointed in the direction where he had seen the figure in white.

"Look there! There's a ghost," Rio said without looking.

"Where? There's nothing there. You're not kidding!"

"I'm serious, Thomas. There is a ghost. It clothes are white," said Rio again.

"If indeed what you say is true, where is the proof? There is nothing there," said Thomas.

"Look carefully! She is there."

Thomas exhaled slowly. He thought that Rio was tricking him. The proof alone was that there was nothing in the place pointed by him. Whether out of annoyance or something, he forcibly turned Rio's head to look at the direction he was pointing.

"See for yourself! Is there something there? Don't trick me, Rio!" said Thomas.

"Yeah. Nothing. But I swear. There was a ghost there."

Thomas just let out a rough breath. And after that Rio looked back at Thomas. But right then and there he seemed frightened as he pointed at Thomas.

"Gho-gho-ghost," he said.
