In these 4 years, economic stabilisation was achieved somewhere in Okyot as it was still in the reconstruction stage but at a very fast pace. It was able to allow people to stay in their old places.

In the Kingdom of Shinguki, At the training grounds, Ivar was practising his strength as he broke 16 Iron Defence shields Inclined upon Each Other with his 1 punch. He stresses on not being able to break 17th one as he is stuck on this level for 2 months now. Bashira, the princess of Shinguki and Accomplice of Ivar arrives to inform him that his Father, King Bradford was calling for him. Upon asking the reason, he gets to know that the time has come for the 17th Pact Meeting. He isn't that happy as he doesn't like to meet his friends for just a short amount of time and calls it a bluff but Bashira Tells him that it was happening in Okyot this time, it would be the 1st time Okyot was hosting the meeting after Crash.

In the Kingdom Of Byzantine, Hina gets to know from Sakura, princess of The Nation And Daughter of King Harald, the same news and gets excited as hell upon learning it.

In the Kingdom of Alamba, king Helios gives Rehan the News as he stays calm on the News.

In the Kingdom of Yelram, in the training grounds, Kaiden asks Jean if his bags were already packed by the time to which he(Jean) agrees. Kaiden asks what should be a good time to move to which Jean replies that he wanted to move this very instant.

In the Kingdom of Okyot, Queen Eris Asks Deyja formally to take care of everything and Make her friends feel like they are home as they were arriving after 4 long years back. They should feel the same. Deyja asks where would the meeting be held and if King Betelguese's Memorial which was newly built would be fine for it? Eris confirms the place. 

The Memorial was built in his remembrance and it had rooms inside the platform in it too.

2 days Later, Ivar and Bashira had arrived on the Outskirts of Okyot on their way. Ivar says it was good heading back home but it would have been better if his parents were with him to share his journey as well. To divert the scenario, Bashira asks Ivar to tell her some stories and incidents of Okyot he witnessed. Ivar says he didn't had any and the much he had is already known to her so he has nothing new to be told. Bashira teases him and Ivar gets cornered. Bashira Tells him to make sure to get her to his old house which was rebuilt by Eris specially where he spent his Childhood Days.

Ivar promised her the same and said that the feeling wouldn't be the same as before and he was keen to see what Eris remembered from his home and how it was built too. Bashira looks outside and notices a Caravan arriving and questions if it was from Alamba. Ivar tells her that he couldn't look at the sigil properly but Bashira seems to be sure of it and suggests they head together.

Earlier that night, Jean and Kaiden had Already arrived at the Royal Palace of Okyot.

He was all cheered up arriving back at his home place as Kaiden gets embarrassed upon his behaviour. Eris likes to see the old Jean back as he used to be as she has dropped her teasing, irritating and bluffing ways after becoming the queen which she used to use as a princess. Eris takes Jean to his room as he suggests to visit the palace and the town first out of excitement but Eris reminds him that it has gotten to be night and they will be exploring the whole place together with Hina and others.

2 days after this or after the day Ivar was Seen, Inside The King Betelguese's Memorial where the meeting was supposed to take place, Eris formally greets everybody and tells that she was excited to show them the Okyot she had Built. Inside the room aside Survivors were Commander Kaiden, Deyja, Bashira and Sakura. Eris suggests to complete the formal work of meeting first to roam freely in town later on but Ivar suggests to drop the meeting this time because it was special already visiting their home place and the meeting could be camouflaged by any excuse. Eris agrees and likes What He said and Bashira Teases him again about having some memories left which he didn't tell her earlier. Sakura rejects the idea calling it immoral and wants the meeting to be completed firstly but Hina Revolts her accomplice (Sakura). Bashira passes a smile to Ivar at the same time as he blushes. Sakura says that she is supposed to give a report about the meeting and can't tell a lie to his father but Eris takes over the responsibilities of any outcome and asks her to give up her(Sakura) ideas of sincerity and let them go to visit the place. Jean questions if she would be able to roam again as a normal teenager again after becoming a Queen as she used to as a Princess. Eris tells him that it will be managed and they don't have to worry about that.

Back in Byzantine, in the court of King Harald, an escort Arrives from The Nation Of Uruzih which shares its northern and eastern boundaries with the southern and Western boundaries of Okyot and Alamba Respectively. He tells the work to be urgent and says it's an immediate cause of notice from King Azazel Himself, who took over the throne just a Year Ago by his unmatchable force. He is allowed and he speaks the Notice written by the King Himself :

"The Leaders of The Alliances Nations are hereby informed that they must hand over Eris Of Okyot immediately to avoid a war with me with effect. If it's not done, there will be a war, A War Of Revenge by Me and my Brother Craven. A war of Shadow Over The Light in which Shadow will Prevail. You have a month to think over your Choices. The Choice of Getting in a war or not, it's upto you. I will be at Okyot's doorstep after a month to know your answers." 

King Harald gets raged and furious asking how he can even think of Waging A War Above The Alliance itself. Doesn't he know the Might Alliance carried and reputation Byzantine holded in wars?

Escort replies that Azazel holds the power which someone hasn't seen in a lifetime, not even King Harald or anyone Else. Harald asks why he wants Eris and what kind of Revenge he wants but is informed by Commander Finehair that he has just Captured the throne about a year Ago killing the previous King. Escort tells him that the cause is unknown but according to him, he (Azazel) is equal to an army worth himself and if they dare to go to war, they shouldn't take Uruzih at ease.

In Okyot, Eris and Everybody else goes on to visit the place dressed up as normal residents. It wasn't developed like other Nations but it was built well considering it took only 4 years to get it to this stage. Commander Appreciates the Restoration of Nation and calls it a success on the side of Queen Eris. Jean and others are astounded by the fact that the map almost looked the same as it used to. They go on to visit their old places and go to visit Ivar's place first. He is surprised that everything was almost same as it used to be and thanks Eris for it. Eris says she tried her best in her memory to recall it as she remembered his and everybody's home and likes that he liked it. Bashira again teases her as Ivar later on remembers his parents in his mind and thinks of them as if they were in this house.

In Byzantine, Harald gets overly Raged by what The Escort tells him Of King Azazel of Uruzih. He calls him an usurper and tells Escort that he will be seeing him in The Battleground itself and they don't need a month to think for the decision as they aren't gonna hand over Queen Eris in any scenario. He(Azazel) wants to show his might but will be trampled over by the Army which The Alliance Carried. Escort starts leaving but Harald orders him to stop and tells him that His King Wants an answer and that Answer will be given. He orders to behead the Escort and send it back to Uruzih. Escort says it's against the War Laws and it's not appropriate. Harald says that it was foolish of Azazel to challenge him and now it's the talk of the reputation of the Alliance and he must be beheaded. His head is cut off and Harald makes it sent over to Uruzih.

Harald orders Finehair to prepare 80% of the army to March in Okyot this instant with full force as His Elder Son, Edward will be looking after the Nation in the meantime. He sends an escort in each of the nations too, telling his decision about the notice by Azazel and requesting other kings to do the same as well. He can't wait to show his wrath back in wars after 11 Years.
