The Prodigal

The refugees of the nest settled somewhere far away in a hilltop, while Veronica who did not join Rodney’s operation as she left herself behind to assist on the injured refugees.

But she’s not alone, Albert left behind as well to assist other officers to scan the area if they were followed. The breeze suddenly blew intensely and paused.

Albert notices this confusion, he describes, he entails,

“That’s weird, how come there’s a sudden wind blowing tonight?”

Veronica, who was behind Albert, hears his statement, and slips in her response, she entails,

“Well isn’t it supposed to be windy since we are up high on a hill?”

Albert looks behind to see her treating a male patient with a laceration on his right leg. Albert was disgusted by the wound, he seemed to barf about it. Albert as he repults about Veronica aiding to the patient, he entails,

“Ugh! That’s disgusting, how are you so fine doing that?”
