while Patrick was waiting in the sales manager's office.

everyone who can to the event started talking about Patrick.

"How rich he must be to just pay a 90million at once," one said "but he's so young. I think he is in the college," another said 

they wanted to talk to Patrick but the sales office staff stop them.

so they left.

the sales staff also thanked Patrick because the person in charge of the royal housing society said all the staff members will get bonuses if they will successfully sell villa number 001 but they never thought about the first it went on sale so just buy it without batting an eye.

some girls thought about how would life be if they have a boyfriend like him. 

at the same time, Patrick has nothing to do so he's just scrolling through the phone.

on the other hand, the sales manager was done with paper and phoned his boss Jessica to inform her.

when Jessica heard she so and wanted to the person who brought the villa so she immediately started.

after informing Jessica sales manager went to Patrick to give him his villa key card and informed him about Jessica.

within five minutes Jessica came as fast as she could and she stormed into the manager's office ignoring everyone's greeting when she stepped into the office she young man in his 20's playing with his phone he was playing looking handsome little tall study built body in a normal looking t-shirt and jeans when she first saw him she ignored him but she could find anyone the room except for the manager.

however, the manager immediately rushed toward Jessica and said " ha! boss you are finally here! come, meet Mr Patrick the new owner of Villa 001" pointing at Patrick who was surprised to see a beautiful girl standing at the door she is a tall girl with long legs wearing a beautiful blue dress which is complementing her perfect body curves with a face and jade-like skin.

Jessica was a little surprised to know Patrick bought villa 001 because his looks are so low-key and she was impressed with Patrick for being so rich yet maintaining a low profile.

Jessica can forward and shake hands with Patrick and say "hello I am Jessica, the General Manager of Peterson's real estate company nice to meet you " Patrick said "hello, I am Patrick smith, the student at Springfield university" Jessica was taken aback to hear this. he spent 90million without batting an eye what's the background of the man in front of her.

she became curious about him they both went out of the office at the entrance Patrick saw a Porsche Taycan parked they both got onto it and drove to words the small hill locked at the end of the royal housing society with a sea view.

the villa is more like a mansion with automatic doors and gates. the house is filled with high-tech furniture from top luxurious brands and lavish decoration the house consists of 2 master bedrooms, 6 normal bedrooms, a study room, a ballroom, kitchen gym, swimming pool, small theatre, dining room, and a large hall, garage. in the garden on one side there is a marble dining table set and on the other side their a few chairs and at the end of the garden there are two chairs with a table in between them for sunset or Moonlight dinners. 

it took two hours for Jessica to show him and explain about the house while she is leaving she give her card to Patrick to call her if he need any help.

Patrick thought about Jessica's car and he liked her taste in cars so he asked her that " miss, Jessica do you know any car dealer who deals with limited edition cars " Jessica smiled and said " yes I know someone. just tell me when you are free. I will take you there personally. " 

Patrick nodded and said "I am free right now. why don't we go now we will grab some lunch on the way " 

Jessica was taken aback that he just spent a 90million and want to spend again on the cars she immediately put a smile on her face and nodded.

she said" let's go then " they both got in the car Jessica drove the car saying " you need servants for the villa should I arrange them? " hearing this smiled and said" no I will take care of it " Jessica nodded and said noting a few minutes later they reached lotus hotel and Patrick did not mind it.

when they entered the hotel Louis saw him and ran towards them and lowered her head and said "sorry sir for the last time......." but Patrick cut her in the mid-sentence and patted Louis's shoulder and said " it's right " hearing this Jessica curious about what happened but she didn't say anything Louis nodded her head with a smile and took them to the v-VIP room. as they left the hotel Jessica was surprised to see Patrick get such high treatment at the hotel but she said nothing.

On the other hand, Rita Jessica's friend is a car dealer. waiting for them at the entrance of the showroom.

it's a high-end showroom with luxury cars on display and they have limited edition cars in their garage. 

they only show limited edition cars for those who are capable of buying them.

when Patrick and Jessica reached the showroom they saw a girl in her red dress waiting.

Jessica said came out of the car and hugged Rita saying "how are you girl?" Rita replied, "I am good what about you?" Jessica said "I am fine" with a smile on her face and she pointed at Patrick and said "meet Mr Patrick the customer I'm talking about " when Rita looked at Patrick she frowned a little leaned toward Jessica and whispered " are you sure " Jessie nodded with a smile and said "trust me " Rita smile and shake hands with Rita.

Patrick noticed Rita's hesitation but he didn't minded.
