Market monopoly is a condition in which there are only one or a few sellers in the market, so no other party can compete with them. This market is a form of interaction between demand and supply where only one producer deals with many consumers.

This market is also said to have no element of competition. The reason is in this type of market, companies usually produce goods or services that other companies cannot produce.

Additionally, the monopoly market is impossible or difficult for new 'players' to enter. Government licenses, resource ownership, and copyrights are solid factors for entering this market.
