Damien stood at the window for a long time as torrents of thoughts came to his mind and he allowed them all. Snippets of memories from his days in the World of Origins filled his mind and he tried to remember his days before he was awakened but he couldn’t. Bitterness filled his heart when he thought back to the time that his kind was facing persecution from humans and more loathing filled his heart as he realised that it was the period before his Awakening.
