Ellie cleared her throat once more before giving a knock at the door. There was no response, she used the bells next, she could hear footsteps approaching from within and she took a step backward. Nina looked through the hole and saw Ellie to her surprise. She opened up sticking her head out and giving her a look that spelt _need something?_

"Uhhh... Hi" Ellie gave her best smile but Nina blinked in maybe response.

"Can I come in?" She asked and Nina sighed before letting her in

"Thanks" Ellie muttered as she stepped in.

They got to the living room and she sat down

"Hi" Ellie started again

"You said that already" Nina rolled her eyes.

"Nina, you do know Mr James is dead and my sister's in jail for it"

"Never knew she's the type to kill" Nina chuckled

"Cause she ain't, Clara would never hurt a fly, I need your help Nina" she blurted her reason out.

"If he wasn't dead someone would still kill him" Nina said in her head.

"My help with what?" She asked instead

"As much as my sister is in there, trust me, we all are still suspects of this murder"

"Well I didn't do nothing" Nina said.

"I know, and I'm accusing you of nothing, I just need your help to get my sister out of there"

"You need me to break into prison or what" Nina chuckled

"No, though that might work but we'd be on the run for the rest of our lives, she's innocent and we're going to get her out the right way" Ellie said more like assuring herself.

"I don't know who 'we' is, but I'm definitely not inclusive, if you need help, get a lawyer" Nina stated and stood up

"I was kind of busy you see" she muttered loud enough for Ellie to get the message before walking towards the door signalling Ellie it was time to go.

It was all part of the plan, she needed to place the topic before Nina and she succeeded, getting her to succumb wasn't an issue, but that will be another day.

"Where are you coming from?" The voice boomed causing Ellie to jump in fright.

"Tyler? Jesus, how did you get in?" Ellie took slow strides walking in fully.

"Oh Ellie" Tyler chuckled, his brown eyes glistening.

"You told me your password, have you forgotten, and that didn't answer my question, where are you coming from?" He asked

"Nina.. Nina's place" she answered. Even though this man was helping her, she needed to be mindful of him.

"What for?" He pressed

"Is that why you agreed to help?" She asked feigning anger, "so you could be in charge of me and my whereabouts?"

Tyler clenched his fists but Ellie didnt seem to notice, "forgive my curiousness. Juice?" He smiled offering his own glass of juice.

"No thank you and is that from my fridge?!" She asked wide eyed

"Not the richest but manageable, how about we go shopping?" He grinned. She needed the air too and staying alone with this man in her apartment wasn't a welcoming idea.

"I have no money" she started.

"Ellie" he stood towering over her, no doubt she was of average height or maybe shorter.

"I know turning to me for help was your last resort but I pray you, let this be a chance for us too, I do love you alot" his hands playing with her hair while she shivered before him, she hadn't stood so close to a man in a long time. As though he was bent on making her uncomfortable, he closed the little gap between them making it difficult for poor Ellie to breathe, her little fingers tucked onto her jeans tightening with each second and he was quick to notice, seemed like he had been on this for years, he knew every move.

He's grin widened, "and I know you've noticed how you make me feel, you know of it but you struggle deep down to push me away. Ellie, Ellie" he whispered the more, "I'll wait" he ended his speech when he was sure she was at the point where he wanted and he dived in for her lips. Slowly but meticulously, his lips met with hers and it was more than he had pictured, this lady had much life in her, it was young blood, he had tagged nearly all girls as sluts but Ellie was different, just the little contact was enough to make him loose it but that would be for another day which he was sure to come.

"Freakin' first kiss!!!!!"

She melted completely with the kiss, she wasn't sure she wanted her first kiss to come from this man but the feeling was something she couldn't decipher. She wanted more, she knew deep down her system had changed, she felt this burning flames from within, her fist gripped her jeans the more, if it had a soul, it'd definitely be in a lot of pains right now. She knew she wouldn't control things if it escalated this level but she felt weak, too weak to pull away, thankfully, he did.

Tyler stared at her beauty after he broke the kiss, her eyes remained shut and he wondered if she had gone blind or was just too shy to open 'em.

"Ellie" he couldn't help but chuckle

"Let's go then" she said without opening her eyes and rushed off, it was her home after all, she knew each bend without looking.
