Harriet Calhoun was still glued to the spot where she was, she couldn't believe that the Abulterin drug was deadly and it was killing her. She had thought the drug was just a pain killer since it was advertised everywhere. How could the drug be deadly? It was puzzling.

"But there are ads for this drug everywhere," she wasn't even speaking to Sheriff Brightside but to herself. But her voice was loud enough to be heard by Macey's father who was still pacing back and forth in exasperation like she was his sick and dying wife.
