Chapter 32

I wonder what will happen if I choose to stay in this world. Will my body die in the waking world? Since my soul leaves my body every time I travel, it would be right to assume that my body is in a state of being alive and dead at the same time.

As I learned more about being a dreamer, it made more sense why dad seems lethargic sometimes as one of the side effects. It also makes sense now why his pulse was faint, and his body gets colder whenever he fell asleep.

I let out a satisfied groan while massaging my stiff shoulders to relieve my muscle tension. I decided to put aside my thoughts and enjoy this relaxing bath in the meantime.

After spending 15 minutes soaking in the warm water, I stepped out of the bath as I was feeling sleepy. I headed back to my room, and the maidservant quickly followed with a tray of food in her hand to deliver my dinner.
