Maxus stood over the body of a serial rapist who had been on the news for the past few days, a man who had been wanted for kidnapping teenage girls. It was pure coincidence that Maxus had bumped into him at an abandoned construction site that he was investigating for news of the killer of his father and when they met that day, Maxus knew this was his first victim to unleash his rage upon.
