NEW IDENTITY

We were having a meeting on the new identity I am going to be using here in the US and my new name. The next phase of Shadow’s plan is that I am going to go work as a maid at Mr. Rashaad Bin Ahmed’s mansion. A lady will be coming over to the penthouse later to give me a new makeover so that I can take pictures for my new documents.

"Najmeh, I believe in you. I know you won’t let us down," Shadow said, staring at me.

"I won’t let you guys down," I replied.

"Alright, I guess we are done having this meeting. Everyone should go and get ready. Once Mr. Rashaad Bin Ahmed takes delivery of that ruby, our plan is going to be in motion," Shadow stated in a rumbling tone.

We all left the dining room.

A couple of hours later, I was laying down on my bed, when a loud knock came from my bedroom door. I stood up and walked over to the door. When I opened the door, it was Murat standing at the front door.

"The lady that is going to do your transformation is here," Murat said, staring at me.

"She is waiting for you in the living room," Murat added.

"I will be there in a jiffy," I replied.

"OK," he muttered as he ambled away.

I walked out of the room and closed the door behind me. I went over to the living room. As I got there, I saw an old-looking lady sitting down on one of the couches in the living room.

She stood up from the couch and walked over to where I was standing. We exchanged pleasantries.

"Do you have a place where we can do the makeover? Like a huge mirror," she inquired.

"Yes, let’s go over to my bedroom," I responded.

"Alright, lead the way," she said.

I took her over to the bedroom. As we got in, we both walked over to the mirror stand.

"Have a seat," she said as she gazed at me.

I sat down in the chair.

What type of makeover is she going to do for me? Shadow did not inform me about the type of makeover she was going to do for me. I just hope it is something I will be able to do on my own.

"You don’t have to worry, the makeover is something you will be able to do on your own," the old lady said with a smirk. It was as if she knew what was on my mind.

"OK, I hope so," I replied.

She dropped the purse she was carrying on the table. She started doing the makeover, a couple of minutes later, she was done with it.

"Take a look at the final result," she said with a smirk.

I raised my head and looked at my face in the mirror.

"Oh my God!" I yelled.

My hair was now blonde, my eyes were also blue. I looked very different in my new makeover, but it was very beautiful.

"Do you like it?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, it is very beautiful," I responded.

"You are welcome, but make sure you don’t wear the contact lens for more than 16 hours," she said.

"Why?" I asked, gazing at her reflection in the mirror.

"You might get blind if you wear the contact lens for more than 16 hours," she answered.

"OK, I will make sure I don’t carry it for more than 16 hours then," I said.

"Yeah," she muttered.

I stared at myself one more time in the mirror. This is the makeover Shadow wanted me to do. I look like an American lady with this look.

Two days later,

It was a very sunny Sunday morning. Who knew L.A could be this hot? I was doing my morning exercise on my bedroom balcony, sweat was dripping down my face, and I was shadow boxing the air. As I was busy boxing the air, I heard a knock coming from my bedroom door. I stopped and scuttled over to the bedroom door. I opened the door. It was Bruce, standing in front of the door.

"Shadow wants to have a meeting with us in the dining room, in the next 30 minutes," Bruce said, with both hands in his pockets.

"OK, I will be there," I replied.

"Alright, see you there," he said as he ambled away.

I went back into the bedroom. I was wearing sweatpants and a crop top, and I was sweaty. I should take a quick shower before going to the meeting. I sauntered towards the bathroom area.

A couple of minutes later, I was sitting at the dining table. Everyone was also sitting down at the dining table: Shadow, Bruce, and Murat. Shadow clasped his hands on the table.

"I called you all here to let you know that we are ready to move with the next phase of the plan," Shadow said with a calm tone.

"All the documents and background information Najmeh would be needing are ready," Shadow added as he shifted his gaze to Bruce.

"Show Najmeh the passport," Shadow said, staring at Bruce.

Bruce took out a small bag that was under the dining table. He took out a small book that looked like an international passport and handed it over to me.

I opened the document and looked at it. It was an international passport, and a passport photo of my new blonde look was on the document. I shifted my gaze to the name on the passport, "Diane Cooper." That was the name on the passport.

I looked at Shadow.

"My new name is Diane Cooper," I said, staring at Shadow.

"Yeah, that’s your new identity," Shadow replied.

So this is going to be my new name while going on this mission.

"Now, I will tell you about the family background you are going to be using," Shadow said, gazing at me.

He started narrating the new family background and all the back story I am going to be using as "Diane Cooper,"

RASHAAD BIN AHMED POV

It was about 6 pm. The sun was almost about to set. I arrived in front of a museum downtown L.A. My driver alighted the car and came down. He rushed over to the backseat door where I was sitting and opened the door for me. I came down from the car. He closed the door behind me. A black jeep convoy was parked behind the car I came down from. Three of my bodyguards scuttled over to where I was standing and stood behind me.
