" Congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis ( CIPA ) this condition is also known as hereditary it is a rare disorder of the nervous system which prevent the feeling of pain it also known as hereditary and automatic neuropathy type IV this type of disease is very rare and dangerous because someone may bleed to death because they may not know when he or she is bleeding most people with CIPA do not sweat too much water is needed to help urinate to remove toxic in the body.

To keep the person with (CIPA) someone needs to be careful with the person," the doctor explained the disease they just found on a baby of mr Banda, the child was found with a rare genetic disease she could not fell pain, Mr and Mrs Banda felt bad for there daughter she was born with this rare disease her life was like a ticking bomb which can explode at anytime, when the doctor was explaining her they could not understand at first but as he was explaining feather they both realized that it was very serious, imagine to have the ability to not feel pain someone can say it's a blessing but no it is not you can die at anytime even by biting your own tang and bleed yourself to death .

To help people with CIPA you need to be extra careful my advice is you don't let her go to school until she is older, she can't have too many friends to play with otherwise she needs to be supervised if you follow advise and medicine she will be safe she can grow up like a normal human being, just don't let her fell lonely you can have other children too and not everyone of your kids can inherit this disease as we have said it's rare." The doctor explained everything.

Ruth was horrified she did not spike or move, the boy whose name was Promise whose twin sister was down on the floor tried to reach out to his sister but the man behind him held him back.
