Where have I been since yesterday?

A very reasonable question Mason had to answer, however, it was a good thing Mason asked himself this question before Eddy did.

He knew he couldn’t tell Eddy about what happened yesterday. It’s not that he doesn’t trust Eddy. It’s just that the lesser people know his secret, the better for him so he had to cook up another answer for a moment like this.

“I was picked up by a Good Samaritan after he saw me lying unconscious on the ground. Thanks to him I’m okay. He not only see it to it that I was okay but he also clothed me and offered me a job.” Mason explained with joy in his eyes even when he was acting.

In short, the joy in his eyes was true just the story was a lie.

“Oh wow! That’s great. Who knew a such good person exist in Sycamore city.” Eddy's eyes lit up with Joy. “Then that’s great.”

Eddy was truly happy. This person ended up doing what he couldn’t do. Eddy has always wanted to help Mason get a better job but he couldn’t pull any cards
