CHAPTER 61

Jessica walked over to the reception desk. A tall, blonde lady was busy typing with one hand while holding a cup of coffee in the other. “Excuse me, ma’am, I’m new to my job, and I don’t know where I should go.”

The blonde lady took an entire half-minute to cast a glance at Jessica and then resumed typing for ten more seconds before sparing another glance at her. “What do you want?” There was a hint of arrogance and annoyance in her tone as if she was superior and was doing a favor to Jessica just by giving her some attention.

“I passed the interview for the PA post conducted recently,” Jessica patiently explained with a polite smile on her face. “I was told to come at 10 o’clock today, but I don’t know where I should go.”

“PA post? Who? You?”she amusedly smiled. “Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror?”
