“Let's go, Lily,” Gabriel tried standing up, but Lily didn't let go. She was clutching at him like a koala. Gabriel smiled and stood up with Lily still in his arms. Crossing the road, he went towards the park, Lily was eying earlier.

Lily's eyes lit up, catching a glimpse of the park. Gabriel smiled softly at her. He carefully put her on her feet and patted her head lovingly.

“Go play Lily, but please be careful and don't go anywhere, okay,”? Gabriel requested softly.

Lily shook her head and clutched his hand tightly. She doesn't want to let go. Her eyes wander around the park. It was crammed with people. She doesn't want to go alone. She wants her brother with her.

“I'm not going anywhere, Lily. I'm right here, okay,”? Gabriel tried again. He wants her to come out of her cage and enjoy her preadolescence like a normal child.
