"It was said that the being can climb walls without the aid of any equipment and it can climb up or down the steepest walls, the way insects do much like Spiders enabling them to seek refuge in places where no mere mortal can reach." She explains.

Then I collected the scroll from my mum reading through it.

"The hybrid will have limited control over the weather and they could raise a fog or summon a storm to cover their tracks. Older creatures may have other magical powers such as necromancy or alchemy but this hybrid will have all and this will be for a reason" he writes.

"Whoa! that's a lot of power and potential that comes with being a hybrid?" I asked.

"Not every hybrid, this is for a special being and that is not all dear, you are forgetting you're part witch too." My mum replies to me.

"Oh, of Cause, let's see what that scroll has to say.... Wait there is something else..." I said to her as we continued reading.

"I was once an alpha prince and a hybrid who used my magic against my people when they tried to use my powers for evil after I lost my father and when I was made an alpha... I ran far away and in love... I mated with a witch who used her magic to make us seem invincible." He notes and I turned to look at my mum.

"My wife got pregnant and I noticed that we were been tracked because our forces became too powerful as I started my own pack and so I and my wife decided to transfer our powers into our unborn hybrid and our enemies lost the linking they used to track us and we were safe even so we knew they would never give up on tracing us." He notes.

"They were surely going to find us when she reaches the age of eighteen and we needed to plan before the time comes." He writes in his notes.

"I worked really hard till I became a Billionaire that everyone fears to even threaten and I used my wealth to further hide my wife as our child’s powers were becoming noticeable when she was still in her mother's womb." He writes more.

"My wife and I still had our magical powers but not as strong as before and we feared for what we had turned our unborn child into." He writes.

"So, me and my wife decided to check what her future was but we had to give up the search immediately as our child came towards us all wrapped in lightning with her pupils doubled and our hearts beat in the fear of knowing one thing was certain about our child."

"What more did he write?" My mom asked and I read out loud what was attached to it.

"Well, it says here that the powers that a modern hybrid will have are not as fantastic as the hybrids of folklore and fiction... Most of their powers arise from the ability to channel and manipulate energies." I read to her.

"Their main ability is to drain energy without taking fresh blood by using magic and they have an aura that causes them to stand out among humans; they tend to capture attention and I fear my child will always experience this because of the energy she reacts with as a hybrid." I read as my eyes watered immediately.

"They have psychic powers limited to their control of energies. Some say that it is possible for them to alert their body's Electromagnetic Field in order to levitate." I read with my eyes popping out as I was beginning to feel weak.

"When a lightning witch absorbs the energy of a human, the human's thoughts may be glimpsed by them."

"It may be possible for a lightning witch to read minds if an effort is made to penetrate a human's thoughts."

"If a hybrid can assume control of his or her capacity to handle energy, they can actually give energy to humans." He writes.

"With this ability, a hybrid can heal another person through what is known as psychic healing and I have seen your father do it." My mum says to me.

"I know right, it seems to me like there's something more to being a lightning witch." I said to her as she looked at me.

"Now overall, becoming a lightning witch makes a person a better hunter. Whether your goal is to hunt animals, humans, or, in special cases, vampires, he or she is given an advantage over his or her prey." It says.

"No worries, I won't hurt you guys, I just hope you learn cause I was sent by the universe to you six billion years ago." It says sprinkling pixie dust about.

"Now In some cases," a hybrid or lightning witch may begin to adopt lupine characteristics in human form." It explains.

"If the witch's main objective is to track and kill vampires, they are usually given a few more powers and these powers can include extra strength, lightning in their moves that is deadly to vampires and other creatures or the ability to smell them from far away." It says.

"Is it a curse or a gift?" I gathered the courage to reply to the creature.
