On the extreme north of the endless sea, everything is frozen in ice, the water here has been frozen for since anyone can recollect. The reason? Underneath the sea there is a primordial ice vein, it has been releasing the icy mana for a long time and that chilled the water and made this domain of pure ice.

But now it is the sovereignty of Leviathan the second daughter of the dragon queen. Tiamat used a substantial amount of ice energy from the vein to create Leviathan, because of this, Leviathan is an ice dragon. After attaining the monarch realm she took possession of the northern region of extreme ice as her kingdom and named it the Kingdom of extreme ice.

The main inhibitors are primarily ice type dragons, beastmans and mana born creatures who are born naturally by the excessive amounts of mana from the ice vein. In the cardinal world, reproduction happens in three different manners, primarily through normal sexual reproduction. But an individual in the monarch realm can give birth or more precisely create a life by sharing some of their soul essences in the presence of abundant mana. The mana will then develop self-consciousness and separate itself from the higher consciousness of the world and evolve into a sole entity. The being will be heavily affected by the nature of the mana involved in its composition, they will also possess a familial bond with the person who shared their soul essence. Like Leviathan she is an ice dragon because the mana used to create her was icy and she refers to Tiamat as her mother.

The second method is used the least as you will be in a weakened state after sharing your soul essence and it will take a long period to recover.

The beings who came to life by the last process are called mana born, in locations abundant with mana life can develop naturally without any outside interference. The only downside is mana borns are not intelligent things most are born as beasts, although they can achieve proper intellect after growing up.

{1st pov, Ethan}

Today we are heading to the north towards the snowy region. It has been a week I departed with Tiamat to sightsee my aunt's nations, I spent this week at my first aunt's place in aurora city. The city was truly magnificent, with all the Aurora lights forever flashing above, the sky.

Now Tiamat is bringing us to my second aunt's country the kingdom of extreme ice. Her kingdom is constructed over the vastest slab of land here in the endless sea 'the frigid sea'. The whole seawater is stiffened in a thick layer of ice forming the biggest land. 

Here are no islands they appear to be cones made of ice but in reality, they are islands enclosed in ice. The cliffs on the island create the cones. 

"We have arrived, this is the frigid sea your second aunt lives here." 

Tiamat said to me, she is hauling me like always.

"Wow...this place is also very cool and the ice looks beautiful."

Aye, this is my first time seeing ice, and this ice is unique because it is composed of mana it sparkles in blue colour like radiant lights. This looks mesmerizing in contrast with the night sky. I'm once again in amazement of this world's raw beauty.

We soon reached above the surface, glancing down I noticed the buildings are made of thick ice. A gigantic barricade made of ice is surrounding the entire city, but there is a lack of flora here. All around there is simply snow, outside the city, the vast ground doesn't have anything, just plain snowy land.

We didn't stop at the entrance and moved straight towards the palace built by ice. A stunning woman with sky blue long hair and deep blue eyes is sitting on a throne made of ice with her head resting on her right hand, seemingly unconcerned.

She is my second aunt Leviathan, a little emotionless.

"Hello, aunt."

I only greeted her she is not the cuddling type, of all my aunts she is the one who gave me the least affection points. The cold attitude is a huge obstacle, she is even more unresponsive than Tiamat. 

"Oh...Hello, Both of you came. It's nice to see you again, it has been a while since we last met. "

See, as I said before, she merely greeted me back. Nothing further assertive, no hugs or kisses, I can't even rub my face on her impressive tits in excuse for a hug. 

"You should come to visit him more frequently Levi, Ethan likes to play with you."

Tiamat too shook her head and chastised her because of her lack of enthusiasm.  

"Mother you know I'm not like Nuri, who always hop around like crazy. It's not my behaviour."

Leviathan made an alibi, even though she is unmoved by others she holds utmost respect for Tiamat. So she preferred to avoid disappointing her.

"Sigh... Well, you should at least try to be more cheerful."

"I will try to fulfil your expectations, mother."

As I described, she behaves more like a subordinate than a daughter.

"Well, then for the remainder of the day you will be together with Ethan."

"As you want mother."

So, for the rest of the day, I was together with my second aunt. It turns out today is the collective discussion which is held every week. Every noble member of her kingdom attends this meeting and give reports, take advice and expresses their opinions. This is essentially similar to an office meeting with Leviathan as the CEO. 

"Aunt, your kingdom doesn't have any plants or minerals. So how do you trade with merchants?"

From what I learned from their discussion, it seems her kingdom requires food. Because of the scarcity of flora and fauna, they need to trade with merchants to arrange food. Even though there are many monsters all outside the kingdom. They are primarily elemental types, so their bodies are made of ice. The only monsters with flashy bodies are snow wolves, snow bears. Other than them some ice type birds and small animals. But hunting them will not be ideal, if hunted extensively they might go extinct and her kingdom will lose its only source of meat. 

"Humph... There is more than meets the eyes in my kingdom. Deeper inside the region where snowstorm occurs frequently, there are several deep chasms. You can find many rare alchemy ingredients for icy type potion-making. We also own several hight quality cold ore mines, be it money or materials I don't lack any of them."

Aye, don't need to be so worked up. However, she is quite rich...huh. Then it makes sense for merchants to travel here for business.

"Wow, aunt then you must be very rich?"

"Hehe...if it's money then only your fourth aunt can beat me."

It's true, my fourth aunt is the wealthiest woman around the starry sky. Her kingdom is built under a living volcano, many fire type herds and fire crystal mines are Located there. Because of this, every blacksmith is living in her nation, money is similar to water to her. 

"That's true, fourth aunt is certainly awesome."

"Now don't be a fanboy. I'll take you to walk around my capital. Come with me."

"Yeah, let's go...!"

So my date with my kuudere aunt started. Like I've expected the city was beautiful, houses and buildings constructed by only ice. The city didn't have any remarkable visiting places, just like at the north pole the only scenery you get to appreciate is the land of snow. 

The odd thing was the market, it was relatively small with just a few shops mostly selling ice type herds, clothes and weapons of monster fur and carcass. 

"I know my city is not very luxurious and there are not many places to visit. But I'll like to ask you what do you think?"

Her suddenly question caught me off guard, I never assumed she is someone who cares about others views of her. So I didn't talk for a minute and thought about what to say.

Looking around I could see the peoples are content with what they have and children's are happy. Although she lacks a proper supply of food she tried her best to make her subjects are healthy and safe. 

"Honestly, I think you've done a great job as a queen. The people are looking healthy and they seem pleased having you as their ruler."

As soon as the last word escaped my mouth, I felt two slender hands pull on me. The next thing I knew, I was hugged by her. My face buried between her massive boobs.

"What you just said, did you truly mean it?"

"Yes, it's truly what I think..."

I blurted out without much thinking my brain was still processing the unbelievable events unfolding.

"Thank you, Ethan your words mean a lot more to me than you can guess, I've been working very hard to make my nation prosper ever since mother gave me this responsibility. But this is the first time someone appreciated my accomplishments, thank you."

Leviathan then kissed me on the forehead.

[Explanation, It seems target Leviathan wanted someone to validate her hard work, but no one seem to honour her achievements. So when you said something encouraging about her struggle it made a tiny crack in her heart.

Huh...it seems like she is not so apathetic as she portrays her to others. It's just no one quite understand her, she is similar to a workaholic who wants to be praised for her achievements.

Well, sometimes sincerity is the best policy. My random remark made a crack appear on her iron-clad defence. 

"It's true aunty you are great, your kingdom is much harder to sustain than others. Now I think you are more awesome compared to aunt Nuri."

Though it's an absolute truth, Nuri is very bossy and lazy, she is not the type of person to work hard to make her nation grow steadily and prosper over time.

Ohh... what's this I didn't know she was a competitive person, then again workaholic's are very competitive with others.

"Humph...that lazy pig don't compare me with her, wearing shiny ornaments all over the body and flaunting her wealth everywhere just because she has an abundance of resources in her land. Truly fate is a bitch sometimes."

Wow...that's cold, outright calling one of your sisters a pig and cursing her in front of your five years old nephew is quite bold. But it's very amusing to watch my not so passionate aunt hate someone with such passion.
