Chapter Forty Three, First Day At Work.

The last thing remaining for Lucas was to take his bath, perform his other nightly routines and go straight to sleep.

Even when Lucas lay on the bed, he couldn’t help but thing about what awaits him tomorrow and he got excited just thinking about it.

For the first time after a while, Lucas went to bed with a relaxed mind and a happy countenance with great anticipation for the next day.

At night, he even dreamt of himself as a very rich man and one day the owner of a very big tech company.

Lucas’s dream was cut short though by the annoying blaring sound of his alarm clock.

This time, he didn’t turn off the clock but immediately jerked up when he thought of what day it is, it’s the first day of his work and he can’t be late.

He woke up with a big smile on his face, entered the bathroom and took a warm shower, rubes pomade,

got out and wore the clothes that he had already prepared since the night before.
