CHAPTER THIRTY FIVE.

“What do you mean?” She had to ask, “you want to go on a date when Bianca is literally still in the hospital? I mean you don’t want…..”

Her voice trailed off when Alex placed his index finger on her lips.

“Shhhh” his lips stretched into a smile, “you are talking way to much baby”

He interrupted her again, “don’t you want to spend some time with me? Would you rather I go to Bianca than spend some time with the woman of my dreams?”

The way the insides of his stomach churned when he made that statement made him almost want to throw up.

“You have natural lover lines Alex, it makes me wonder how well you have been hiding it”

“So will you go on a date with me, Mrs Clarissa chase?”

Her breath hitched, did he just call her chase? Was he kidding with her right now because her insides were about to burst with happiness.

“Did you just call me Mrs chase?”
