Chapter 17. Thomas Ambition

Thomas fell to his knees, both hands clutching the floor of the arena with his breathing sounding ragged.

Sweat poured down uncontrollably, his breathing became heavy, and his head turned dizzy. He never thought training underground would be so challenging.

"You haven't been able to bring out that magic aura yet. It will be difficult for you to control the mana inside your body," Cassandra explained.

Albert no longer performed the exercise precisely after Cassandra thought Albert had become sufficiently adept at using it. Now, Cassandra's focus was only on the front, on Thomas.
