Chapter 22: Rage

Enzo's brows were knitted into a knot when he saw what happened on the news. His eyes turned dark, and he growled inwardly as he tried to keep his anger in check. His nose flared, and Clare who had noticed what was going on with his emotions moved back a little.

Her heart was pounding hard, and at some point, she was confused on what to do. She had only seen him this way when he came face to face with Demi, as Bianca.

He could only press his lips together. Watching all the idiot had said during the interview.

Enzo had a tight smile on his face. It was a sure thing that if Demi were to be close by, he could have hit him on the face.

He had been trying to do whatever he could to make sure that things worked out between them since he heard that they were brothers, but what Demi did was just out of the line.

“You have…” she trailed off, sighing at the end. She was also in panic because things were obviously heated. Even she couldn't calm down. Her heart was still rampaging in her chest.
