Michael’s father was conflicted on whether to accept the apology and the plea being given to him or to ignore it and sign his document.

He didn’t want to do it, but Michael hadn’t been the best at work. He hated what he was about to do just as much as the next guy but he had to be tough on his son if he was going to have something to call a company at the end.

The man looked at his wife and the lawyer who nodded.
