Lina's home was a quite normal place nearby the church and also the city hall, unlike her boyfriend she was not among those who were forced to change their houses, due to the fact that she was already living in that part of the city. Although she was proposed many times a better house than hers when Jamal was removing people because of the increase in criminality,  she gently refused and said that she was satisfied with her actually living place and she was happy because it was quite close to her workplace.

Indeed Lina was actually the official mayor of Stainfall city. When people wanted to rebuild the city after the catastrophe she humbly accepted to take the mayor's seat after the demise of the previous one. Despite not being the real chief of the city like Jamal, her job was not less crucial and exhaustive.

After the removal of all the population, she worked hard for many months to permit them the re-opening of most of their stores and offices, and she also managed to find and convince some people to take care of the maintenance of the important infrastructures like electrical circuits, gas, phone networks, and other kinds of stuff.

It was a few weeks after they stabilized the city's situation that Jamal and Lina could manage to successfully communicate with the neighbor's cities to inquire about their situation after the disaster. They heard that unfortunately the majority of them, despite suffering from the same tragedy, their actual situation was far more chaotic than theirs. Those cities were, unlike Stainfall, unable to control or rather restrain the gradual increase of criminality.

" Even if there are some of my people who managed to protect themselves and try their best to protect others,  it is obvious that they would not be able to resist any longer," a city's chief once said.

" We even try to isolate the bad guys aside from the good ones as you did, but we failed again and again. It became even worse now they noticed it " another chief told them.

" We are very worried about the children and women who have difficulties protecting themselves in these dear times, since those two years we recorded more than one hundred cases of murders, assaults, and rapes and we are afraid that more the time passes and more this number will keep on growing ".

Together with those representatives of the neighbors' cities, Jamal and Lina decided on a plan to evacuate, to their own city, a number of women and children from each city. That way they will, in those cities, decrease the number of people to protect and permit them to concentrate their efforts to purge their towns from the criminals.

" Do you recall it is today the refugees from the other cities should come? " Lina said while she was laying her naked body on Jamal almost totally breathless after they finished having sex for the second time.

" Yeah... I even told them to pass by the east side of the city in order to avoid... the criminals' territory, " Jamal responded while he was also struggling to catch his breath. " They will arrive in about..."

" Two hours, so we still have time for another round, " said Lina with her sexy sneaky smile Jamal could not resist.

" Oh come on... " he sighed, " you really want to kill me, there is no way I could handle another round with you, " he said with no real resolution in his voice.

" Come on honey, I'm sure you still have some more stamina you can give to me, " She replied before she put a kiss on his chest.

She drew near her head toward Jamal's, and put another slight kiss this time on his lips, seeing that he did not resist she carried on kissing him but more and more intensively. She dropped her right hand to his lower part, grabbed his thick c***, and find that it was already erect. " Look, even your body is ready for another turn " She whispered in his left ear.

She started by shaking his thick stick as long as he didn't show any resistance. " I'm serious right now. Lina, I really love you ".

For a moment she did not say anything, she lowered her head to avoid his sight then as she started stroking softly his naked chest, she replied, " you... you know that I'm not good to talk about these things ".

" I don't need from you any response, I just wanted you to know it ".

She leaned her head on his shoulder, " I already know it, you never stop saying it to me... " she paused as if she was doubting about to say what she was about to say, " and also... I see it every time your sight cross mine, " with a so low voice that even Jamal could not hear it. She suddenly lifted her head kissed him again and left the bed. " I'm going to take a shower " she paused and turned around as she added teasingly " I would not mind if you wanted to take one together ".

Jamal smiled, jumped out from the bed, and pushed her back into the bathroom to prepare themselves for the arrival of the new citizens.

One hour and a half later the two first buses arrived at the east entrance of the city, as they were informed, the first one contained only children below the age of 12 and the second one a group of women. They were escorted by a man and a woman on their motorbikes and Jamal noticed that each of them had two weapons, a small-caliber gun on themselves and a rifle on the back of the motorbikes. Jamal couldn't know if they were forced to use them on their road to come into the city though.

" Welcome to Stainfall cit! " said Lina cheerfully when she went forward to greet them, " I'm Lina Lavard, the Mayor of the town ". She was presenting herself while the new citizens were slowly coming out of the cars " A bus will come over and will lead you to the public park at the center of the city from there you will wait for the other guests and once you will be all there I will come to deliver to each of you a residence. You can also request some big places only in case there are some of you who want to live together ".

The car came just after she finished her speech, she helped them to put their luggage in the car and let them head to the park.

While she was occupied by the new citizens Jamal profited to have a little chat with the escorts.

" Hello! I'm Jamal Sabani, I'm the one in charge of the city's security ".

Their reaction was unexpected judging from how surprised Jamal looked. They were both shocked after he said that, they looked at each other as if they were deciding about something but as they didn't pronounce a word to reply it made Jamal feel quite uneasy as he couldn't stop wondering what they were telling each other in that mute discussion.

Finally,  the man moved forward and asked, " Is it true that you do it all alone without any help like... all by yourself? "

" Oh god no! " he chuckled while waving his hand left to right, " I've received a huge help, for example, there are some of my people who helped me in the elaboration and maintenance of the barrier, but indeed if it comes about dealing directly with the criminals, I do it all alone, " Jamal responded. Even though he said that to reassure them,  it ended up totally shocking them, at the limit he could sense that they were even a bit scared of him.

Having heard that StainFall city was the most peaceful among the cities in the whole state, they couldn't help but believe him.

"How... how did you do it? " the woman asked after hesitating a little bit, " It was impossible for us to reproduce your system of isolation even though we were quite many to work on it! " she thought and then added, " even the strongest and the most skillful soldier of U.S army would surely not be able to reproduce it, I know it because we have someone of that kind in our city, and you say that you did it in only three months? All alone? It's incredible ".

Jamal blushed a little bit, he was not used to such flattering comments and it was obvious that the two of them were admirative. Even if he knew that was such an arduous task, he never considered it to be an impossible task. For him, anyone with a minimum of skill in the domain of fighting and intelligence could manage to do it even if it takes a little more time than him.

He was about to reply in the humblest way possible when arms surrounded him from his back. " My man is all simply phenomenal," Lina said after she suddenly appeared behind him.

" Oh girl you're so right, " the woman said with a low voice while unconsciously biting lightly her lower lip, it was also obvious by the way she was gazing at him that she was irresistibly attracted by him until forgetting the presence of the people around.

" No no, no girl, you better not be thinking what I think you think " Lina put her forefinger in front of her face as to warn her, " he is already mine and I warn you I fought against many other girls to have him if you want to challenge me, know that you've already lost, " Lina said before she was pulling Jamal back to her.

Suddenly the girl realized the expression she was making and quickly tried her face even though it was already too late, she agitated her hands in front of her as she was saying, " oh, no... no sorry... it's not something like that " the woman tried to apologize but couldn't find her words, she turned toward her teammate who was standing beside her and told him, " I swear Pat' it's not... I didn't say it in this way ".

" No, it's okay " the man chuckled, " I understand, it's just impossible to not overly impressed... or intimidated, especially with such a resume of accomplishment, " replied Pat' while raising his eyebrows funnily, " looks like it's such a wonderful specimen you have here,  Miss Lina, please forgive my beautiful wife, Selma, for her honest reaction, " he said it while he was passing his arm on the shoulder of his wife and partner, Selma. He looked at her, and kissed her before he declared " I think it's about time for us to get going, thank you for taking responsibility for our town mates ".

Jamal was very lost and for a short moment, he couldn't find words to reply after all that just happened. It was again his girlfriend who came to save him even though she seemed as surprised and confused as he was, " you're welcome, of course, we promise to take good care of your friends and families, so you can leave reassured ".

" Wait! " Jamal stopped them as they were about to turn around and go, " will not it be too dangerous for you on your way back? I mean, you are just a few of you, and the movements caused by this operation of moving part of your population have surely caught the eyes of your enemies, they may be waiting for you ready to attack, " Jamal couldn't hold himself from sharing his worries.

" Don't worry about that " Pat' responded with a smile, " we already thought about that, and we will be fine, compared to you we may look weak but believe me we are not completely useless ".

Jamal tried to reply and tell them that he didn't mean to underestimate or offend them and say that they were weak but Pat's wife was quicker to talk than him, she patted the chubby belly of her husband as she said, " he's right, you don't have to worry, just like we had a plan to come here safely we have our plan to return back in one piece ".

Jamal didn't add a comment and just decided to trust them and pray for them to be fine.

After the couple left, some minutes later the next cars containing the people of the other neighbors' cities came successively, and finally, they were all reunited in the public park.

While Lina was standing before them to attribute one by one the residences to the new citizens, Jamal wandered among the crowd when he suddenly noticed a little boy on his left. He was sitting next to a tree, leaning his back on the trunk of the tree, and he was hiding his head in his hands with his knees brought up to his chest as if he was trying to protect himself while someone who was bullying him.

" What is it? " Jamal said after he approached him, " Is something wrong? Are you alone? You didn't get the address of your new residence? "

The little boy jumped out, shocked as he didn't hear him approaching. " What is it? Do you seem to be afraid of something? " Jamal tried again to engage the conversion with a softer voice, but he still ended up scaring him once more.

" Why are you saying that? Did you see them too? " replied the boy with obvious anxiety in his voice.

" What are you talking about? Who is 'them'? " Jamal responded, frowning a little bit as he was intrigued.

" Those... " He suddenly stopped himself, and shook his head as he told him " No... nothing, forget it ".

" You are scared that I would take you as a crazy person, that's why you don't want to talk to me, right? " said Jamal with a bright smile on his face.

The boy looked at him more surprised than confused, " how... you?"

" Let's say I have experience in those kinds of things, " Jamal simply said after he noticed the similarities. The boy couldn't complete his phrase, he just gasped before he bowed his head to look down again, but Jamal was not discouraged so he carried on " What is your name? "

" Matteo, I'm 14 "

" Well Matteo, it seems like you don't trust me yet and that's completely understandable, but I have the feeling that the secret you're hiding is very important so let's do something. I assume you are alone, so what about I bring you to stay with a friend of mine, in her house, and I will come to visit you every day, as long as I can, to show you that I'm worthy of your trust, hoping that you will accept to share your secret with me afterward, okay? "

The boy considered him a little as if he was analyzing to figure out his thoughts as such a proposition was not common, he even had the feeling that such a man was not common too. He thought for a little while before he finally nodded his head to accept his deal.

" Great! " Jamal declared happily, he put his hand on his chest and said, " by the way, I'm Jamal, I'm the one in charge of the city's security this means that I'm now responsible of your security as well. All of you ".

After she had already finished his job, Lina walked into the crowd, running his sight around while looking for Jamal. She found him a few moments later and went to join him without noticing the boy next to him. The moment she arrived she went to place herself in front of Jamal, she grabbed his hands and surrounded her hips with them." I finished, shall we move to the Cafe? "

" Not yet I have to bring Matteo to his new place firstly " replied Jamal while pointing out the boy just in front.

" Matteo? Who- oh sorry, it's you, I didn't notice you ", she gazed at him for a while, seemed like she was thinking, and then said, " well, I don't recall having attributed a residence yet, though. So, if you don't mind I can place you with someone, there is a woman who lived alone in the street of- ".

" No it's okay " Jamal stopped her, he bent and moved his head next to hers on her shoulder, and with his cheek sticking to hers he said, " We already decided where he will stay, didn't we? "

Matteo didn't speak but just nodded. Jamal brought his mouth closer to her ear and whispered to the location and then he said to the boy, " OK, so let's go,".

Lina turned toward him, upset that he canceled their date, and pouted as she asked " and what am I supposed to do now? "

" You have already many works which are waiting for you. Such as registering all the new citizens, finding out the work skills of each one, and offering a suit job for each of them " replied Jamal with a teasing smile, " I won't teach you your job so... see you later ".

Lina looked at him for a little while with an angry face, " You stay at my home this night see you there, " she ordered him before leaving.

Progressively everyone left the park with the addresses of where they should go in their hands.

Lina headed to the city hall and Jamal and Matteo, together, headed to the house of his future roommate. " What is the name of your friend by the way? ".

" Her name is Natasha ".
