In the dark forest, there is an abandoned castle that belongs to a past great Demon lord who ruled the entire world for some centuries. And after his death, his followers left that place and now the entire dark forest and the castle are apart from civilization. People are still in the world and a new Demon lord is now ruling the entire world without any problem. But still, some of the people believed that the past Demon lord would reincarnate again and once again rule them.

   A small girl wears a normal dress but holds the golden compass in her hand and walks into the dark forest. Even though she is in fear her legs don't stop for a second and walk continuously. While walking she can hear some voices and screams of animals but even though her legs just walk straight to the path which the compass points. Finally, she got to the middle of the dark forest.

   “Where am I exactly? I can't see clearly in the forest and also I can't make sure this compass gets me to the castle. I don't what lies inside that castle but I need to place my hand on it, otherwise sure my father won't accept me. I have to show my worth to him just like how my elder brother and sister said to me. I will make father happy and proud of me.” To keep her fear under control, she just talks to herself.

   Her name is “Hanaka Tian” She belongs to the proud demon clan but still, no one gives respect to her. The reason is she is an illegitimate child of that clan leader. Her mother is a servant in that house and gave birth to the child of the leader, which made so many problems at her birth. Even some people suggested to the clan leader about killing the mother and child but the clan leader did not do any harm to them. Even though he allowed her to carry his family name Hanaka’s mother kindly declined and gave her own family name to her.

   But to do something for her, Hanaka’s father allowed her to attend the Demon school with her big brother and sister. While growing up, the very first meeting with her brother and sister went bad. They did not even give some least respect to her. They even act as if she did not even exist but later the years pass and also the more time Hanaka tries to build a bond with them, they both get annoyed and start to make fun of her, just to make sure she leaves them but also she never lets them go.

   And right now… Hanaka was here to find the castle because her brother and sister said, “Hanaka, you know that our father does not talk much to you right? We have an idea for you, if you do that then he will talk to you without any problem.” The reason they told her to go to the Dark forest to find the treasure is that they don't like her and want to get rid of her from their family and from their life. But Hanaka thought they had changed and started to be nice to her.

   “Brother… Sister… Are you both sure that if I get the treasure from the castle hidden in the dark forest then the father will talk with me and spend time with me, right?” Hanaka asked them while they just hide their venomous thoughts and replied, “Yeah, we are telling the truth, just trust us, Hanaka.” They both tell her and without any single doubt in their words, Hanaka just started her journey to the Dark forest.

   At last, Hanaka got to the middle of the dark forest and at last, reached the castle. “What is this abandoned castle? Is this the place, brother and sister said to me?” While she was just watching the castle from outside, more animals started to make some noises around the forest. Which gave some fear in her heart and started to move inside the castle. “I think this place is perilous, I need to find the treasure soon and get back home. Otherwise, I won't get food for the night and also I won't be able to talk with my mother.”

   Hanaka slowly walks inside the castle and talks to herself to make herself better from the fear. But still, she is just afraid of getting killed by the monsters and traps. But still, her heart, which wants to get the treasure for her father, really makes her go forward. “Huh… treasure… Where are you? I came here just for you…” Hanaka just makes her sentences as her own song and sings to make herself brave. She watches all around and notices that the whole place was on the verge of destruction which gives creepy feelings to her.

   After then she slaps her cheeks with both hands to concentrate on finding the treasure. “Ois…. My goal is to find the treasure for my father and I have to be brave. Hanaka is brave, you got this… Just go and get your hands on the treasure and everything is fine. Or it would become even better from before because the father will speak with me.” Hanaka is speaking to herself and searching around the castle for the treasure but she isn't able to find anything.

   The time started to run fast but still, she wasn't able to find anything but Hanka didn't lose hope and was still searching around the place. At that moment suddenly the ground started to shake too hard and the place she was standing on started to fall off. Hanaka falls into the underground and notices there are more separate doors like a maze. After seeing it, she was amazed And looked around the place like a baby looking at their new toy.

   While she was in the dark forest, a maid who looked after Hanaka noticed her absence and searched around the house but she wasn't able to find her. Then soon she went and reported it to Hanaka’s father. “Master Rygen, there is a problem” while he was being busy with his servants talking about the taxes and law in the town. Rygen Chrono is the master of the Chrono Demon clan. It is one of the powerful demon clans which holds the power to control some portion of towns in the kingdom.

   And Rygen Chrono is the leader of the Chronoric Town and its people. This town was named by the first leader of the Chrono clan. And then the hold of this town was never changed towards any clan even after the past demon king died. Power that the Chrono clan holds on the town and the pride as one of the royal ancient demon clans gave some more value to them in this new era of the demon king.

    After she rushed into the room to notify, her rush into the room startled everyone inside the room. Then Rygen glared at her and said, “What do you want? Why are you here?” And with a fearful voice and expression, the maid said, “I can’t able to find madam Hanaka anywhere. I think she has gone somewhere, we need to find her soon, master.”

   After she said it Rygen tells her, “Thank you and you don't have to worry. I will take care of it. You go and continue your work” Then the maid moved from there to continue her work. Then Rygen called one of his servants and asked him to track down Hanaka and bring back her to the house within the sunrise. After ordering him, he started to continue his work with his ministers. And Hanaka’s big brother and sister, Neon Chrono and Mero Chrono were playing in their rooms.

   Even though they are small children because of the Chrono family these kids were born with more power as gifted and also they can be able to use it without any problem. Even at this little age, they both are well versed in the knowledge and strength as well as great at the spells and magic. Everyone around them just speaks highly of them always which increases their temerity so high. And that is what made them play the game on Hanaka and made her go into the Dark forest.

   After looking at the rooms one by one Hanaka finds nothing but empty rooms behind every door. At last, she gets into the last door but she has no luck. Even the last room has nothing but the empty room. After seeing the empty room, Hanaka lost her hope and sat near the door and feels so sad. Even her eyes started to let out some tears, thinking that her father won't speak to her. “Daddy… I wanted to spend some time with you as father and daughter but you never talked to me… even you never tried to look at me. It hurt my heart so much…”

   While she tells herself, Hanaka notices something different on the corner. To check if she gets close to the wall and looks at it. Hanaka finds that it was writing being at the wall and to check Hanaka touches it. As soon as she touched the writing started to glow in red color. “What is this? The writing started to glow in bright color. What is…” Just by thinking about it, Hanaka remembers that she saw some more writings in the other rooms. And soon she started to get to the other rooms and touch the writings. After a certain time, the light shuts off all of a sudden.

   For some minutes she has no idea why this writing glows when touched but after finishing it all the lights shuts off. And to check on it, Hanaka started to use some methods to finish this challenge. At first, she tried to touch the writings by the number count of rooms on even and odd but there is no change. Then she started to touch so randomly, even still there is no change. After several more tries, she is clearly out of ideas and lies on the writing and touches again and again like praying to it to lead the way for treasure. At that moment she notices little difference as the light glows on the writing. Soon she gets to the other room and touches the writing and watches closely the writing and the light glows on it.

   And finally, she figured out somehow to finish the challenge, with a smile she started to get all the room to note the writing, room, and the color brightness level. Demons are usually great at eyesight, they even can see more clearly than any other being in this world. And somehow Hanaka manages to differentiate the color brightness level in every writing. At last with the help of the color, Hanaka finishes the challenge. After finishing, the entire ground started to shake so hard and the tiles started to fall. Hanaka feared and went into one of the rooms and was safe.

   After some moments, the tiles were fallen and created a way down. Hanaka was surprised to see there is a place down and there is a step for it. And to achieve the treasure Hanaka started to walk down slowly on the steps. She has the fear in her heart but still being with her father and just thoughts makes her move forwards to achieve the treasure.
