He's Coming

"He’s coming!"

Monti rushed to the front of the queue at block G28 as what had been discussed earlier in the morning finally made its way there. Axton's figure appeared at exactly five o'clock in the afternoon, after all of the inmates had been placed back in their respective cells. He was under the close protection of five officers, and all of the staff members of the G28 block stood in a line as if he were a very important person.

i was standing in the first row, along with the other inmates of G28, all had extremely tight expressions on their faces. The words that Monti had spoken to me earlier this morning continued to torment me, and the other members of the staff also continued to bring up the same issue. Axton was seen standing in front of their cell, which caused me a lot of worry and fear.

"What the hell?! What are you doing? There might be a visit from the warden today, but I'm not sure because he just got back from work a half hour ago," said a warden who had delivered Axton. He was really impressed by the G28 personnel who had queued up in such an orderly fashion.

"You must be an idiot if you think it's because of the chairman. Do you not see the person who we brought along with us?" remarked a different officer.

The warden instantly gave the G28 personnel, who were already quite nervous, a smile that was both sarcastic and sneaky, which caused the officer who had initially spoken to look at Axton as well.

"Oh, I see! It sounds like you can't wait to see what Axton brings to the table! Look, buddy! You are more than welcome in this establishment; please come in and make them feel like family!"

After the warden had opened the door to the cell in a hurry, he and the other two cops promptly pulled Axton's corpse inside the cell in a rather gentle manner.

Krang!

All of us, personel at G28, including Monti, were taken aback by the slamming bang of the cell door. We gave a small jump, which gave the guards something to laugh at.

"Look at them! They are so funny! Axton, welcome to the block G28. Please behave yourself, and you should be aware that he is the youngest of them all and that he just moved in. So show to him the proper way to behave! HA HA HA!"

At the same time that they were exiting block G28, the officer made a pointing motion toward me. Everyone quickly bowed their heads when the figure of Axton stepped in front of them and peered intently, suddenly the silence and ominous atmosphere arrived.

Astonishingly, Axton introduced himself and inquired, "Where is my bed?"

"Um, you can choose anywhere you like, Mr. Axton," answered Bruno.

Axton turned his head to Bruno and asked, "What exactly did you just tell me? Was what I heard wrong? 'Mr. Axton'?! Seriously, I'm not as terrible as you seem to believe I am, there is no reason for you to be afraid of me, let alone respectful of me. In point of fact, I would find it really upsetting if there were people who thought like that. Got it?"

Everyone on G28 appeared to be nodding in agreement, it was as if they were all simply youngsters being reprimanded by adults. After making that statement, Axton got up and walked over to the corner of the room where there was double bed Which exactly was my bed located.

Axton inquired, "I'm going to sleep below, does anyone occupy this place?"

"Him! Robert, the squeaky-voiced youngster who inhabited the bottom spot. In addition to that, he stated that he had no desire to share about it with other people." Tony then reiterated it, and the other members, who appeared to be making fun of me, nodded their heads in agreement. I'm so panicked.

I just kept my mouth shut while putting on an act of fright, and I couldn't even lift my head to contradict what was being said. As a result of Axton's keen vision, I became even more perplexed, and as a result of my anxiety, I felt the urgent need to urinate in front of everyone.

"Well, son, would you mind if I stayed in this bed? I'm not going to bother climbing those steps because I'm too lazy and too fat to do it." I was informed by Axton. Those statements did not contain any element of force. However, looking at it from his perspective, it was pretty obvious that he genuinely wanted the bed.

"Y-yes, sir. You can stay at the bottom bunk while I move to the upper level," I uttered in a low voice.

After that, Axton's normally expressionless face broke into a huge grin, and he said, "Thank you, little man."

Axton left the people who were still standing straight gazing at him, as soon as he could. It looks like, he didn't want to lose time getting caught up in trivial discussion since he didn't want to squander time. I can see, that Axton wanted to go to sleep in peace and quiet without anyone disturbing him.

"My good friend, it's great to see you here and living today!" Bruno comforted me by stroking my shoulder and said, "Let's see tomorrow. I'm sure you'll cry and beg us for help."

Who would have believed it, assuming that Axton was even able to hear those remarks? The man, who had been associated with the infamous cartel in the past, approached Bruno right away, folding his arms and looking carefully at all of us. I really surprised, that he defending me.

"Could you please put an end to the circulation of those baseless rumors? I have no intention of hitting someone, unless the other person is being extremely unpleasant and actively seeking conflict with me. You may make the point that one example is the activity that you are currently doin' right now. Who are you and what is your name, you obnoxious old man?" said Axton, while maintaining a calm demeanor and a penetrating glance.

"His name is..." the sentence begins.

"I said, your name! not him!" This time around, Axton's voice was more subdued in his statement. Almost instantly, Bruno stuttered and appeared to be in a state of extreme terror. Honestly, I really want to laugh.

Bruno finally answered with a stuttering, "B-B-Bruno."

A mocking grin appeared on Axton's face as he spoke, and he asked, "You know what caused me to be sent to this relatively calm prison in Italy? Because I assaulted four people who were a nuisance to me, as well as a warden who was a pain in the neck. You may ask anyone who knew me at the prison where I spent the first thirteen years of my sentence because I was never a problem. Do you see what I'm getting at now? Stop trying to terrify him because I have no intention of hitting him in the face, which could result in the shattering of his teeth."

Bruno was so anxious that he started to sweat coldly because of his nerves. He did so in a deliberate manner.

“I'm sorry to bother you, Axton. I'm not going to do that again,” said Bruno.

"Good! Take some time off!"

After being tapped on the shoulder by Axton, Bruno, who was still staring down, turned back to the bed and laid down as soon as he got there. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at each other in shock, as none of them had anticipated that Axton wouldn't be as violent as they had assumed he would be.

When I saw this, I immediately felt a great deal of relief, and even the curiosity that I had suppressed out of fear began to return. Unintentionally, I showed a smile on my face. For some reason, I became a bit excited when I saw Axton's attitude, which seemed to imply that I had discovered a new haven.
